REVISED: Silver City Town Council to hold regular meeting April 25, 2017

LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold their regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 6:00 at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on April 11, 2017
New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Public Celebration Permit Application for a Kneeling Nun Bike Run sponsored by Q's Southern Bistro, LLC. on May 26-27, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm at 101 W. College Avenue, Silver City, NM. License Holder Information: Branding Iron Brewing Company, License Number 67025, Owner Name: Q's Southern Bistro, LLC., 101 W. College Ave., Silver City, NM 88061.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Bid # 16-17-5: Sale of Water Meters
C. Approval / Disapproval of Memorandum of Understanding Supporting Ft. Bayard Property
D. Budget discussion for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.
