LEGAL NOTICE
REGULAR MEETING – August 12, 2021
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ and available later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov.

q. Consideration of Resolution No. R-21-41; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Loan Agreement and Intercept Agreement by and Between Grant County, New Mexico and the New Mexico Finance Authority, Evidencing a Special, Limited Obligation of the Governmental Unit to Pay A Principal Amount of $238,093 Together with Interest Thereon, For the Fort Bayard Volunteer Fire Department.
r. Consideration of Resolution No. R-21-42; A Resolution of Grant County Ratifying a Certain Agreement Between Grant County and the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments, Dated August 20, 2020, and Authorizing the Executive of Same by the Proper Official of Grant County and Appointment of Voting Member and Alternates.
