until February 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at which time bids will be received at the Village of Santa Clara, Village Hall, 516 Fort Bayard Street, Santa Clara, NM 88026 and shortly thereafter opened and publicly read aloud.

The BIDDING FORMS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS may be examined at the following location:  Village of Santa Clara, Village Hall, 516 Fort Bayard Street, Santa Clara, NM 88026 and the Stantec Consulting Services Inc, 3400 Highway 180 East, Suite A, Silver City, NM 88061.

Complete sets of the bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Engineer by contacting deanna.mascarenas@stantec.com or by calling 505-349-8453.   All bidding documents will be issued electronically, upon request, with no deposit required. Hard copies will be available, upon request, for a deposit of $65.00, refundable upon return of documents within fifteen (15) days of bid opening, in good condition.

Prospective bidders must attend a Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at Village of Santa Clara, Village Hall, 516 Fort Bayard Street, Santa Clara, NM 88026 on January 17, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.

This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
