The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Board of Regents of Western New Mexico University will meet on Thursday, December 7, 2023, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Executive Session at the Serna Conference Room located in the Castorena Administration Building. The Board will later convene in Regular Session at 9:30 a.m. at the Thomas B. McDonald Student Memorial Building Seminar Room located on the third floor of the facility. A quorum of the Grant County Board of Commissioners may be in attendance during the Community Wellness and Health Fair Event: Conversations for Action and Change event on Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:30pm at the Grant County Business and Conference Center 3031 US-180, Silver City, NM 88061. This is not a formal meeting of the Grant County Commission and no action will be taken.

 The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 5:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday December 11, 2023 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person.  Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Town of Silver City Historic Design Review Committee has canceled their regular meeting scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday December 6, 2023 in the Community Development Department at the City Hall Annex/Washington Federal building, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico, and rescheduled for December 20, 2023.

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico. This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend or stream via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84560274844  . A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall and online at www.townofhurley.us   on Friday, December 8, 2023.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the office of the Clerk at 101 Cortez Avenue or call 575-537-2287 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.  Public documents including the agenda and minutes can be provided in various accessible formats if needed.
