The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Bayard City Council Special Meeting Wednesday, May 31, 2023

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 31,  2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023. The Special Meeting will include a Budget Work Session and a quorum will be  present for Clerk-Treasurer Interviews before the Special Meeting. The agenda  may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be  obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.   

The public is invited to attend. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of  a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid  or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk  at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. 

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Any  person wishing to be placed on the regular meeting agenda should contact the City  Clerk no later than 1:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next  regular meeting.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners, constituting the governing body of Grant County, New Mexico will consider the adoption of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") entitled: ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12-03- REPEALING SUNSET CLAUSE FROM COUNTYWIDE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TAX INCREMENT.

The Ordinance may be adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Board on June 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., following the opportunity for public input in the Commission Chambers in the Grant County Administration Building, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico in the County, being the regular meeting place of the Board.
