The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Town of Silver City Council will hold its Work Session Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
   1. APPROVAL OF WORK SESSION AGENDA
   2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Work Session Meeting on May 23, 2023.
   3. DISCUSSION:
        A. Continued discussion on Town Manager search.
   4. MAYOR COMMENTS

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway and City Hall Annex, 1203 North Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org. If you have any questions regarding the public hearing, you may contact the Town Clerk at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway or call 534-6346. Bayard City Council to hold budget work session and regular meeting June 26, 2023

LEGAL NOTICE

 The Bayard City Council will conduct a budget work session at 5:00 p.m. and a Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday June 26, 2023 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person. Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.

The public is invited to attend. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON AUGUST 22, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 22, 2023 there will be held in Grant County a special local gross receipts tax election for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors of the County the question of whether Ordinance No. 12-03 should be amended and the sunset clause be repealed.

At the election, the following question shall be submitted to the registered qualified electors of the County:

Shall Section 6 of Ordinance No. 12-03 be amended to remove Section 6 in order to prevent its repeal on December 31, 2023 and allow for the continued collection of the gross receipts tax for countywide emergency communications and emergency medical and behavioral health services?
