Narrative:

On Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 9:00 AM officers of the Silver City Police Department were on patrol in 1500 block of North Gold Street when they observed Orlando Vigil standing in a yard. The officers were aware of an arrest warrant for Mr. Vigil's arrest.

When officers stopped, Mr. Vigil took off running towards the back of the residence where he jumped a fence and ran into the Big Ditch. Officers began searching the ditch and found Mr. Vigil hiding in some bushes. When Mr. Vigil was found he began to run again and was caught at a residence on the 1400 block of North Corbin Street.
