Despite the snow, a substantial audience made it to Friday night's concert by the Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra and was rewarded by an exceptional performance by the Orchestra and by violinist Stefan Jakiw.
Unfortunately, the snow prevented many ticket holders from making it to the Fine Arts Center Theater. To make up in some measure for their disappointment, the Grant County Community Concert Association has announced that it will honor unused tickets at a subsequent concert.
Unused tickets to last Friday's concert will be honored for admission to the January 21 concert by the widely acclaimed piano trio Intersection. GCCCA subscribers who already have tickets to the January 21 concert may want to give any unused LCSO tickets to friends or neighbors for use on January 21.
