m. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-50: Supporting the 2015 legislative Priorities of the New Mexico Association of Counties.
n. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-51: A Resolution Opposing Expansion of Federal Control Under the Clean Water Act.
o. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-52: A Resolution Amending the Approved and Adopted Budget for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2014 and for County Purpose in the County of Grant, Silver City, New Mexico, Transferring and Appropriating Funds.
p. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-53: A Resolution for the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILT) program.
q. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-54: Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Grant County, New Mexico General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2014, the Aggregate Principal Amount not to Exceed $4,200,00 (The "Bonds") for the Purpose of Refunding all of the County's Outstanding General Obligation Bonds, Series 2005; Providing for Payment of the Bonds from the Property Taxes Pledged Therefor; Providing for the Form, Execution and other Details Concerning the Bonds, the Funds Appertaining Thereto; Providing for the Payment of the Costs of Issuance of the Bonds; Approving Disclosure and Other Documents Relating to the Bonds; and Ratifying Action Previously Taken in Connection Therewith.
r. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-55: Authorizing and Approving Submission of a completed Application for Financial Assistance and Project Approval to the New Mexico Finance Authority.
s. Approve/Disapprove Resolution #R-14-56: Resolution in Support of the Allocation Water Connected to the AWSA, plus Identifying the Gila/San Francisco as the CAP entity to actually contract for the water.
X. Recess as the Grant County Board of Commissioners and Convene as the Grant County indigent and Health Plan Claims Board
t. Approve/Disapprove September 18, 2014, Indigent Burial Certificate for Bright Funeral Chapels.
XI. Adjourn as the Grant County Indigent and Health Plan Claims Board and Reconvene as the Grant County Board of Commissioners
