Caller advised that a male sitting in a green Chevy extended cab pickup is in the parking lot asking for money. Officer advised the male is now going to leave the property.

Caller advised that a female in a red car yelled out to call 911 and the male is leaving at this time. Officer advised it is between a named male and a named female.

Burglary
N. Juniper Street
Caller in North Carolina advised that his mother told him his house had been broken into and two TVs have been stolen. Officer set up frequent patrol for 3 weeks.

Caller advised that a male is walking by the funeral home and seems to be upset about something. Officer out with male on Santa Rita/10th.

Caller advised that a male is laying partially in the roadway by the mission. Officer advised the male has moved out of the roadway.

Caller advised that a first-named male threatened him last night and the male is possibly selling meth out of his house. Officer advised clear.

Caller advised that his 15-year-old nephew just left his house, and he is on probation.

Caller advised that a generator and a stereo have been stolen from a pop-up camper on his property. Advised the trailer belongs to a cousin who lives in Mesa, Ariz.

Caller advised that a male in a big puffy black jacket is bothering customers. Advised he snuck up on a lady getting her baby out of her car and scared her. Officer advised the male left northbound but caller wants a frequent patrol for the rest of the night.

Caller advised that she has a male in custody, and he is not causing problems. Officer issued an indefinite CTW for all Family Dollar stores.

Tuesday, Dec. 23

Caller advised that a male has been released but doesn't want to leave. Officer advised male did leave upon request.

Bosworth Drive
Caller advised his house was burglarized while he was sleeping.

Stolen motor vehicle
N. Gold Street
Caller advised his 2006 gray Chevy Silverado has been stolen. Advised it was last seen about 8:15 a.m. this morning.

Assault
Black Street
Caller advised another man's dog attacked his dog and then threatened caller, too. Officers advised they were on scene.

Caller advised that a first-named male is threatening her and is now running toward Bennett in a gray hoodie with a backpack full of crap. Officer advised caller said she barely knows the male but he's always coming around bothering her and she wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised out with 2 males at 12th /Corbin and an indefinite CTW was issued to the first-named male.

Caller advised she received an automated message saying that IRS is planning a lawsuit against her, and that she needs to contact them.

Caller advised about 4 gun shots were heard. Officers had negative contact.

Caller advised that a male has been loitering around for a while and caller wants him to leave. Negative on causing problems. Officer advised male has a valid CTW for all W&N stores. Officer advised male was arrested and released on a citation to appear.

Wednesday, Dec. 24

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
W. Market Street
Caller advised she heard a car alarm and is just noticing what looks to be a bullet hole in her car window. Officer spoke to a witness who advised he did not hear anything all night.

Caller advised of a break-in at Lincare office and several items are missing.

Caller advised that an older male who is acting belligerently is outside in the parking lot. Officer advised no CTW is necessary – male will wait outside for wife to finish transaction.

Caller advised that named subjects in this apartment are still yelling and calling each other names. Officers advised they will go to the manager to make the complaint.

Caller advised that a male is lying down – unknown if he is breathing. Officer advised male is okay – just taking a nap.

2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two females, one Hispanic and one white, took some automotive stuff and candy and are still in the parking lot. Officer out at Family Dollar.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male is causing problems with caller's sister. Officer advised male was released with a CTA and a CTW was reissued.

Caller advised that her dad, who was at Food Basket, came back with blood on his face and a large bump on his head and eye. Officer advised spoke with son and father, and father said that he hit a door.

Caller advised that two people are physically fighting and then hung up. Officer advised it was all verbal.

Caller advised that a male is highly intoxicated and has urinated on himself. Officer advised contact was made, and they are going to take off.

Caller advised that a named individual is beating caller's son and there are two little girls there. Officers advised it was verbal only.

Caller advised that a male took a bottle of Cyroc and a bottle of Fire Ball and left running towards Knights of Columbus.

Caller advised he has not been able to get in contact with his girlfriend for two days. Officer advised that he had negative contact although there a few lights on, and no one answered officer's knock on adjacent apartment.

Caller advised that a first-named male chased him with his truck pointing a gun at him. Officer made contact with caller.

Caller advised that a male was standing over the railing. Officer advised the male said he's feeling okay and is on his way to the mission.

Caller advised that a named female is harassing her and that two phone calls from the female were just received.

Friday, Dec. 26

Officer advised negative warrants – it was the newspaper man.

Burglary
E. 19th Street
Caller advised they just got home from out of town, and they were burglarized. Advised entry was gained through a back window and that TVs and stereo and other items were taken. Officer had negative contact at address.

Shoplifting
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a named individual took items from her, has left, and is now walking toward U-Haul place. Officer advised caller decided not to press charges since only witness did not want to cooperate.

Caller advised that a male is standing in the middle of the roadway yelling at cars going by. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that a Hispanic male is arguing with a female with a baby and the male threw the stroller. Officer advised it was all verbal and parties will be separated and the male will be given a ride home.

Caller advised that a named individual was harassing her via telephone. Officer advised caller's phone had several calls from a private number but that she did not speak with anyone, and no one left a message. Advised she also got a text which said, "I have your brother's mail. What do you want me to do with it?"

Caller advised that a neighbor called advising to call the cops, advising that 3 subjects are outside arguing.

Saturday, Dec. 27

Caller advised that kids from a party are fighting outside.

Caller advised she can hear screaming and yelling at a white trailer off Fowler. Advised it sounds like someone was hitting a guy with a bat. Officer advised out at a Fowler Street address.

Caller advised that an employee advised that a named individual stole a 30-pack of Budweiser last night. Officer made contact with manager.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised that a male and a female are having a verbal dispute. Officer advised clear – all subjects left.

1075 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a Hispanic male is yelling and cursing at employees. Officer advised: "I have him inside."

Caller advised that he thinks someone might have broken into his neighbor's house. Advised that the windows are broken, and the door is open, and the neighbors are not there at this time. Officer advised out at address.

Caller advised that a female jumped out of a speeding vehicle. Officer advised ATL the area but had negative contact.

Caller advised they have a male in the back office not causing problems.

Caller advised possible meth and other drug use involving children at the residence of a first-named female. Officer advised lights are off, no footprints in the snow around residence, no vehicles in driveway, and negative contact.

Caller advised that a male inside the store was threatening them but has now left.

Caller advised that the music is loud coming from the middle trailer and kids are running around. Officer advised out at address.

Caller advised that caller's car had been egged. Officer advised he observed the damage, but advised the egg did not break the windshield.

Yucca Street
Caller advised that she is house-sitting and someone broke in and stole a TV and rifled through her desk and a dresser. Advised unknown exactly all that was taken.

Egged vehicle.

Driving while intoxicated
2110 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male who smells like alcohol is leaving the Shoe Dept. in a white Honda turning toward Walmart. Advised he was slurring his words and has a 14-year-old child with him. Advised he kept running into things in the store.

Caller advised that someone was there in a vehicle with a gun and heard someone yelling for help. Officer advised contact was made – negative on any firearms – parties are separated at this time.

Burglary
Yucca Street
Caller advised she thinks her neighbor's house was just broken into. Advised when she was pulling up to her residence she noticed someone walking around the house and that a screen was taken off.
