Deputy advised vehicle slid into embankment. Deputy gave a female a ride to the post office and the vehicle will be left there until the boyfriend can come get it.

Black truck slid off the road and is in the ditch. Female from Whiskey Creek Volunteer Fire Department advised that it was her daughter and she was able to get her truck unstuck.

Caller from Tyrone Volunteer Fire Department advised Brush 51 on scene and that two occupants are not hurt and they are going to leave and call AAA themselves.

Racetrack Road and Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Vehicle in the ditch with one male still in vehicle with his foot on the brake as it might roll over.

Hanover Creek Road – Fierro
Caller advised that they have not had contact with a female who has a baby in the ICU since Dec. 20. Deputies had trouble locating the female based on addresses given and ultimately had negative contact.

Caller advised that at MM 17 a cardboard sign said that a family needs help. Deputy advised a tow truck was being called to see if they can help get them unstuck. Deputy advised that ‘I‘m now stuck also.’

Caller advised that a named male, who was released from jail on furlough to attend a funeral, jumped out of her vehicle near the Super Snappy.

Saturday, Jan. 9

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a small female can be heard crying. Three GCSD units responded.

Broken Bow – Silver Acres
Caller advised that his parents are refusing to take him anywhere and he gave them money to take him out of the house, so he took the money back. Caller called 911 again and disconnected. Dispatch attempted callback with negative contact.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 61
Caller advised that the tenant has her boyfriend staying with her and he is not authorized to be there. Advised that they have broken two windows. Deputy advised that the tenant was served with a three-day eviction notice and the boyfriend was issued an indefinite CTW. Deputy advised the property owner that she would have to take care of the broken window in civil court.

Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised that a named male is intoxicated and just got into his vehicle. Deputy advised that his vehicle is now back at his house.

Welfare check
Truck Bypass and Lomita Drive
Caller advised that a yellow and black Mongoose bike is lying near a cliff and it looks like the bike wrecked as the handlebars are twisted. Deputy advised that the bike was moved off the road/negative contact with anyone/checked both ditches.

Sunday, Jan. 10

Domestic disturbance
Shield’s Canyon Road – Cliff
Caller advised that a vehicle just showed up but what kind cannot be told as it is dark outside. Caller advised that he is armed and “There is fixin’ to be a killin’” if an officer does not hurry. Deputy advised that he is attempting contact with two named males as he saw them running on foot.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Whitewater and Airport roads
Caller advised that the county road grader has been shot up.

Fort Bayard
Caller advised that a soldier of hers claimed she was raped in November while she was at a training in Fort Bayard.
