Caller advised that a named individual is babysitting caller's 16-month-old son and is not picking up the phone.

A 57-year-old female fell and needs help. Caller found a spare key and advised female does need medical attention/she has been on the floor for four hours/has side pain. Officer advised to cancel EMS4/patient is refusing transport.

Accident - property damage.
Blackhawk and Watson streets
Chev Tahoe and Hybrid Toyota/no injuries. Officer requested ambulance for a 27-year-old female who is pregnant and complaining of low back pain. EMS3 clear with signed refusal.

Wednesday, July 13

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 - Santa Clara
Caller advised that she was having problems with her boyfriend. Caller's sister called advising that her sister made it home okay/she does not want to speak to an officer about it.

Welfare check
East Street
Officer did a welcheck on a female who has not been doing too good/she was awakened by a named male. Officer advised the female is okay. Advised that they are back out at location, the male is not leaving the female alone.

Disturbance
Main Street
A named individual is getting out of hand/possibly intoxicated. Officer requested ambulance for a 26-year-old female who is having a seizure/officer en route to GRMC.

Friday, July 15

Welfare check
Main and Mayo streets
Officer requested ambulance for a 32-year-old male with seizure/bleeding from hands and nose/is intoxicated.

Burglary
E. Elm Street
Caller's mother's home was broken into.

Saturday, July 16

Harassment
Orchard Street
Caller advised that a named female and an unknown male were harassing him/then they left.

Domestic disturbance
Empire Street
Caller advised of a physical domestic down the street. Officer advised it was a party with kids.

Game and Fish
Highway 180 @ Bayard Cemetery
Caller hit a deer and kept going/concerned if the deer is injured or dead.

Unwanted subject
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a named male is panhandling near the bus stop.

Domestic disturbance
Stone Street
Caller advised that her mom and brother are getting into it/physical/no drinking, drugs or injuries. Officer requested ambulance for a 13-year-old male/psychiatric evaluation/request lights and siren.

Gunshots heard. Officer advised that it was fireworks.

Caller advised that her husband just threw a phone at her face and broke her nose/she refused an ambulance.

Caller advised that her aunt has been beat up by the aunt's boyfriend. Officer made contact.

Caller advised that a couple is fighting outside/it's the same couple that is always fighting. Officer made contact with a male.

Caller advised that his 14-year-old is accusing him of sexually molesting her and now her boyfriend is harassing him as well.

Officer is attempting traffic at Tractor Supply on Highway 180.

Suspicious vehicle
Bataan Memorial Park
Officer advised that the vehicle is leaving upon request.

Friday, July 15

Welfare check
N. Cleveland Street
Caller advised that a 50-year-old male has failed to show up for a couple of mental/medical appointments and he has a history of alcohol abuse and is struggling with depression. Officer had negative contact.

Saturday, July 16

Criminal damage to property
Fellner Street
Caller advised that her garage door was forced open. Officer advised in foot pursuit off Boulder to the creek.

Welfare check
S. Bayard Street
Caller advised that a woman is yelling by Mary's Nails. Officer advised a door is open at location/they got bad news/everything is okay/clear from death notification.

Manhattan Park
Party has been shut down/everyone should be leaving shortly.

Domestic disturbance
Heavy-set female and a bald male are arguing on Hutchinson at this time. Officer out with female on S. Bayard and Mill streets.
