Broken Arrow Drive - Silver Acres - 11 a.m.
Caller's husband has locked caller out of the house/he was chasing her with a cane and hitting things in the house with it. Deputy requested ambulance for this male who is very confused/just want him checked out.

Criminal trespass
Chalcocite Court - Tyrone
Caller needs a CTW issued to her soon-to-be ex-husband. Deputy advised that even though the male has left the home as caller advised, they are still legally married and this is still his home without a legal separation or a DVO.

Fraud/embezzlement
Broken Arrow Drive - Silver Acres
Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend is refusing to give her back an Xbox that she lent him.

Breaking and entering
Cottage San Road
Caller advised that someone broke into her mother's house.

Domestic disturbance
Artcher Road
Caller advised that a named individual hit her then caller disconnected the line. Deputy made contact and advised everything appears to be okay.

Saturday, June 3

Suspicious vehicle
3868 S. Highway 90
Deputy advised that the vehicle is unoccupied and secured/will patrol the home.

Domestic disturbance
Broken Arrow Drive - Silver Acres - 7:30 a.m.
Caller advised her husband is out of control again. Deputy advised that the husband calmed down/it was all verbal.

Assault
Mathers Road - Arenas Valley
Caller is in a wheelchair and was out with her Pit Bull and her neighbor started throwing rocks at both her and her dog/advised he has threatened to kill her dog before and her dog is a sweetheart and doesn't do anything. Deputy made contact with neighbor and advised it had been a misunderstanding/the neighbor said he had only been throwing a rock at a dog that was chasing his dog.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 - MM 102 (about two miles east of the Red Rock Road junction)
Deputy advised when he saw this vehicle it was driving okay.

DV order violation
Camino Serna Drive
Caller advised that a named male is violating the domestic order by calling and texting her.

Dog bite
Malachite Street - Tyrone
Caller advised that a pit just attacked and bit an old lady on the hand on Bornite Street. Caller advised she had already called for ACO but still wanted to talk to a deputy about it.

Harassment
Golden Avenue - Pinos Altos
Neighbor has been harassing her. NMSP advised they'd received a call from the other party/was already on scene/would talk to our caller as well.

Sunday, June 4

Welfare check
Bear Canyon Store
A teen is walking in the middle of Highway 35 and did not move when caller drove by. Deputy had contact and advised male subject/possibly 17 years of age/no shoes/possibly intoxicated/Highway 35 and Wigwam Ranch Road.

Unwanted subject
North Hurley Road
Male subject is back/they just left in a red truck/another male is with him/they came back from Deming/they know they will come back/still want to talk to a deputy. Deputy made contact and advised put out ATL for a named male and issue CTW for two North Hurley Road addresses.


Criminal trespass warning
Rio de Arenas Road
A named male was just on the property and he has a CTW to the property. Deputy made contact and advised caller never saw the male, just received a call from someone that did.

Larceny
North Fork Walnut Creek
Theft of his utility trailer sometime today. Caller called back advising to cancel request, his neighbor borrowed the item.

Harassment
Broken Arrow Drive - Silver Acres
Male in a green truck is chasing her nephew/male is intoxicated
