Male is drunk and stumbling around the apartments. Officer made visual/male is in backyard/running/ran into the house. Officer determined the male has three outstanding warrants.

Caller wants to report the rape of a child/it happened in Bayard. Officer advised will start a blotter and will update as it is received.

Accident-property damage
N. Canyon Street
Officer requested ambulance for an elderly male who hit his head during accident.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – Hurley
A subject is lying on the side of the road. Officer had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Watson Street – 5:30 a.m.
Caller advised his 22-year-old son, who is possibly under the influence of alcohol, is in his room destroying things.

Watson Street – 7 a.m.
Reference a call at the PD that the son was threatening his father at this location.

Officer requested ambulance for a 60-year-old female complaining of weakness and her left side is numb. EMS3 advised patient refused.

Caller advised that her neighbor has a fire going in the backyard.

Domestic disturbance
Cottonwood Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that her 13-year-old son is acting crazy and threw a hammer at the house/he just got off probation for the same reason/he is outside on the front porch. Officer made contact and advised it was just a verbal altercation between mother and son.

Caller advised that her 14-year-old brother called advising that his dad hit his mom and she is bleeding. Caller advised she tried calling the female but the male answered, cussed her out and hung up.

S. Prescott Street
93-year-old male/history of falling. Officer advised male is okay.
