Caller advised that her daughter is in her residence breaking things, cussing, yelling, and did hit her. Caller refused medical. Officers had contact advising one in investigative detention and requesting ambulance for a 29-year-old female who has asthma and is having trouble breathing and for a 52-year-old female with pain in her stomach from a recent surgery.

Indiana Street
Walk-in advised while she was at Walmart her ex-husband got in line behind her and said, “You know. It’s bad enough you ripped me off for $80,000 but then you used that money to turn my kids against me.”

Criminal damage to property
W. Market Street
Caller advised someone tried to break into her house and they damaged the door. Officer set up frequent patrol.

Officer had negative contact/spoke with CYFD who will check again tomorrow.

Shoplifting
W. 12th Street
Caller advised that a named male stole a bottle of liquor and took off. Officers had contact with employee.

Suspicious vehicle
330 W. Highway 180
Vehicle was broken down but now someone is over to help fix . . .

Gough Park
Advised that a named female in a wheelchair has moved into Gough Park and is living with all her stuff between the tables. Officer had contact with the female and advised her she cannot sleep at the park/she is packing all her items and leaving.

Tuesday, June 19

Welfare check
N. Bullard Street and W. Broadway
Male lying on the sidewalk in front of the bakery. Officer out with the named male advising him to leave.

Criminal trespass warning
W. Broadway
Walk-in advised that a named male went on his property, turned on a water hose and left it running, and wants the male issued a CTW. Officer located the male and issued him an indefinite CTW for the property.

Welfare check
N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a named male seemed anxious and panting and talking about not wanting to live. Officer had contact requesting ambulance for a 65-year-old male with anxiety/negative on lights and sirens.

Criminal damage to property
Silver City Museum
Someone broke the sprinklers. Also a named male who has a CTW has been hanging around.

Criminal trespass warning
1220 N. Hudson Street
Female in wheelchair asking for money from customers and harassing them. Officer had contact with female.

Welfare check
35th Street
Caller advised that a named female with two children under 3-years-of-age called her saying she desperately needed caller to pick her up. Caller just got the message and cannot get hold of the female and there is a history of domestic violence. Officer had contact advising female will call her mother.

Gila Street
Caller can hear a female yelling and screaming. Officer had negative contact but did speak to caller.

Gough Park
Caller advised that a concerned citizen called saying a named female’s feet don’t look good. Officer requested ambulance/R1 advised patient refusing/R1 advised to cancel LE as well/female is okay.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
206 N. Hudson Street
A female that just crossed over to the Visitor Center threw a bottle at caller’s car. Officer made contact advising one in investigative detention/one released from ID.

Little Walnut Road
Following runaway and grandpa to GRMC.

Harassment
Plata Road
Caller advised that her brother from Alaska is harassing her over the phone.

Male lying on the ground by the bench. Second caller advised the male fell off the table while convulsing. Officer out with male/EMS2 advised clear/officer will be giving him a ride home.

Wednesday, June 20

Suspicious vehicle
1735 E. 32nd Street
Officer out with two vehicles.

Unwanted subject
300 16th Street
A named male was taking a bath in the restroom/he is slowly making his way to the door. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Criminal damage to property
Debby Drive
Caller advised her boyfriend is refusing to leave. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Silver City Museum
A named male is inside the building for the second time/not causing problems/he does have an indefinite CTW issued on May 5, 2018. Officer had contact advising male was released on a CTA.

S. Pinos Altos Street
Caller from Gerald Champion Hospital in Alamogordo advised a named female who is a patient with their mental health unit has been a no show 4 times now for her treatments.

34th Street
Caller stated his 2-year-old daughter lives with her mother and he hasn’t heard from the mother in a month/she isn’t answering her phone.

Domestic disturbance
1000 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that two subjects are in a blue vehicle at Dr. Sparks’ office fighting/now the male is standing outside the vehicle hitting someone in the passenger side. Officer out with a named female and a named male.

Highway 180 – MM 125.5 (1.5 miles south of Bayard Cemetery)
Injured deer in roadway. Deputy advised the deer was dead and was moved from the roadway.

Officer advised everything is okay.

Battery
2020 Memory Lane
Caller advised that a female showed up and started hitting people/the friend who was attacked is okay and does not need any medical attention. Second caller advised a named female just showed up to the bowling alley and attacked someone. Officer en route to SCPD.

Thursday, June 21

Domestic disturbance
S. Cinc
Caller advised that her son just assaulted her/caller sounds intoxicated/parties are still on scene. Caller advised he was pushing her. Officer had contact, advising female requested to be dropped off at 12th and Grant.

Bosworth Street
Caller advised that a named female is on his front porch refusing to leave.

Criminal damage to property

Officer advised several damaged table umbrellas and their poles were noticed.

32nd Street/tennis courts
Injured deer with a broken leg and it is still moving around.

Debby Drive
Caller stated a named male is there and wants him to leave/not causing problems/he does live there. Officer clear from location/advising there is a process of eviction.

Female in a red dress walking with a cane on the side of the road/she is limping and looks to be in distress. Officer had contact/taking female to HMS.

Domestic disturbance

Adult female was fighting with her boyfriend/bf refusing to leave. One male in protective custody/en route to GRMC.

N. Arizona Street
On a named female who called the KISS office and was very distraught and they were unable to understand what she needs. Officer advised she is mental and did receive medical attention.

Harassment
Virginia Street
Walk-in advised her boyfriend is harassing her. Officer set up heavy patrol.

Accident-property damage
1 Ranch Club Road and E. Highway 180
Blue Subaru was rear-ended/two vehicles in roadway.

Silver Heights Blvd and N. Silver Street
Caller advised a male was holding his heart/unknown if he needs medical attention. Officer had contact with the male and he refused medical attention.

N. Silver Street
Deer in backyard with broken leg. Officer advised clear/deer is okay/took off running.

W. 12th and Pope streets
Caller advised the female in the wheelchair is in the roadway next to the Wells Fargo. Officer had contact/female is on the sidewalk near Gough Park/everything is okay.
