On Tuesday August 21 and Saturday August 25, The Silver City Museum is inviting both current volunteers and folks interested in volunteering to attend a gathering from noon - 2 p.m. in the Museum Annex at 302 West Broadway.
Both days will feature gifts, prizes, hors d'oeuvres, and trivia!
On Tuesday the Museum Director, Assistant Curator of History & Exhibitions, and the Museum Education and Program Coordinator will introduce themselves and what they do, including our new Registrar & Collections Manager! This might be of special interest to volunteers who work or want to work with the collection.
Saturday will offer more time with the Volunteer Coordinator & Store Manager, as well as an appearance by the Education & Museum Programs Coordinator for the first half-hour. This might be of special interest to volunteers interested in upcoming events and children's programming.
Come learn about the Museum and mingle with volunteers and staff! RSVP to Volunteer Coordinator Jo Lutz at volunteercoordinator@silvercitymuseum.org or (575) 597-0229. Please specify which day you will be attending.
