Officer issued an indefinite CTW to a named individual for this location.

Shoplifting
101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a couple in a brown Chevy truck took a tote full of makeup, cleaning items and clothes and took off down behind the car wash. Officer in the area.

Vehicle burglary
101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised they were unloading the truck and someone broke into the truck and trashed it/unknown if anything was taken.

Reckless driver
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Deputy had contact with vehicle on Highways 152 and 180, advising driver has a little disability but is okay.

Unwanted subject
Stewart Street
Caller advised that a male is in their yard is causing problems with her husband. Caller wants male removed from the property. Officer had contact with male and issued him an indefinite CTW for the address.

Tuesday, Aug. 7

Harassment
Chino Street
A named individual who has a CTW to caller’s house was yelling at caller.

314 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male giving cashier a hard time. Officer out with named male/will take him to see about getting his vehicle out of impound.

Suicide threat
Carrasco Avenue – Hurley
No report.

Suspicious vehicle
Orchard Street
Caller who is the manager of the trailer park advised three vehicles are behind the park and there should not be anyone there. Officer advised clear.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

Fight
Benjamin and Virginia streets
Can hear males arguing about drugs. Can hear caller yelling ‘Calm down, homie, I’ll give it to you. Calm down, I’ll throw it out the window.’/did hear two loud bangs. Second caller advised they have a gun threatening to shoot someone. Officer and deputy out at Virginia/Rogers. Second deputy advised he is in front of a Benjamin address ATL.

Domestic disturbance
Bayard Family Support Center – 805 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male hitting a female in a brownish car/male is still hitting female/headed toward Santa Clara/they almost wrecked/female is bleeding from the nose/they are turning onto Caddell Crossing. Officer had contact advising one in investigative detention/clear/verbal only.

Criminal damage to property
Poplar Street
Caller advised kids are shooting BB guns and they shot through their window. Officer has contact with kids running/en route to speak with caller/back at address at end of Poplar.

Runnels Drive
Officer advised female’s dad arrived on scene advising female must have taken off through the back door/will advise if she returns home.

A female sitting on a table is not responding. Officer had contact advising female is okay/negative on any medical attention/she is waiting for a friend.

Unwanted subject
Mahoney Street
Caller advised her ex is on scene and is highly intoxicated and refusing to leave/he is starting to get into her bed/he has not resided there for five months/he followed her home from her parents’ residence/caller disconnected. Dispatch made contact with caller/advising that she does still . . .

Son is making threats to kill the family. LE advised mother wanted him issued a CTW.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
S. Geronimo Street
Caller advised her neighbor advised that someone punched out her husband’s truck about five minutes ago. Officers on scene.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

Welfare check
Aztec Avenue
Caller from Luna County Detention Center advised a male was dismissed from duties at LCDC and texted another officer that he wasn’t going to be around much longer. Officer had negative contact/will be attempting to make contact throughout the day.

Disturbance
Arizona Street
Officer received a call about a named male threatening his family and threatening to hit his mother. Deputy advised everything is okay/male in custody/send ambulance for a 44-year-old male bleeding from his face/will be taking him to GCSD for paperwork due to him being combative/out at GCSD.

Romero Avenue
Caller advised that a named male just got out of the hospital today and is not answering his phone. Officer had contact with male.

On children of a named individual. Officer had contact advising clear/two females turned over to the grandfather.

Monday, Aug. 6

Domestic disturbance
W. Oak and N. James streets
Caller advised that a couple have been arguing in the street for about an hour/they have stopped yelling at each other. Officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
S. Cleveland Street
Caller advised that a 7-year-old male did not show up for school today and hasn’t been seen by any relatives. Caller is truant officer. Officer made contact with a named individual who advised the child might be at the mother’s house in Silver/negative contact with child . . .

S. James Street
Officer was approached by a citizen stating a subject was yelling. Officer had contact with a male who stated he was involved in an argument and is okay.

Welfare check
11988 Highway 180
Female was acting belligerent – yelling and arguing with worker. Officer had contact advising unit clear/female left/request GCSD assist.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

Unwanted subject
N. James Street
Officer went traffic with male at old armory and issued him a CTW for a N. James Street address.

Welfare check
11988 Highway 180
Officer advised Dollar General called him to get to the store ASAP/unknown further info. Advised male is taking off toward the armory now.

Thursday, Aug. 9

Criminal trespass
Dollar General
They reviewed video footage and they cannot see him taking anything but they do want a CTW issued.

Domestic disturbance
N. James Street
Caller advised that her neighbor is at her residence advising that her husband has locked her out of the house/she has three daughters with her. Officer had contact advising will be clear/parties advised it was verbal/everything is okay.
