Male leaning on the light pole/seems intoxicated. Officers en route to unknown address in Bayard with male.

Caller advised that a named male was outside his house dealing drugs to another person in a black truck. Caller advised that he ran him off and the male advised that he was going to come back and shoot up his house. Deputy advised to set up frequent patrol for the next month for the area.

A named female stole the car from caller’s front yard a few moments ago while caller was in the shower. Caller advised the female had stolen her keys a few days ago and caller was waiting for the female to return them however she never did.
