Caller advised she received fraudulent checks in the mail/wants to start an investigation.

Caller advised they have a named male on the premises and he needs to be removed/wants him issued a CTW as well. Officer advised clear/Anthony Alcorta was issued a CTW.

1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Advised that a named male is refusing to leave/he’s now in the parking lot sitting on the bench/also punched the window. Officer is giving him a ride to the carwash in Santa Clara.

Caller advised that the dogs are barking again and it is making him pissed off.

Caller advised a named male would like to speak to a deputy/she does not know what is his emergency/caller is bedridden and cannot see what is wrong with him. Bayard PD officer advised subject has a knife/clear the air.

Caller advised that her vehicle sustained damage and she is unsure where or how it happened.

Welfare check
500 S. Prescott Street
Caller advised he was supposed to get his 11-month-old son this past weekend but he did not as he was out of town/he called the mother to get him this weekend but he has not heard back. Officer had negative contact at the apartment.

Domestic disturbance
N. Bellm Street
Caller advised her son is trying to hit her/she ran to her vehicle/son is inside the house/he was attacking her and throwing things at her/he has a CTW/she does not want him there.

Saturday, Oct. 24

Fight
N. James Street
Caller advised three males and two females approached her family and started to fight/family was outside.

Stolen motor vehicle
W. Oak Street
Advised he left the keys in it and when he woke up the blue 2016 Lexus was gone.

Sunday, Oct. 25

Disturbance
Manhattan Park Drive
Advised that a named male is yelling at caller because he was served with an eviction notice.
