Caller advised that her vehicle was sideswiped at her address where she normally parks it.

Caller advised he witnessed a male on an ATV drive up to the house and attempt to jump on him and attack him/is declining ambulance/negative on the male pulling a weapon/caller advised he had a .38 holstered and the male and two of his friends showed up and pulled him off/they took his firearm and his ammo and gave it back after emptying it.

Highway 180 – E. toward Deming
White semi with a silver trailer/caller advised he heard kids screaming in the trailer/followed semi from Walmart and kept hearing the screams and it is headed toward Deming. Luna County dispatch was advised. Deputy advised will head to county line to try and see if the . . .

Tuesday, Oct. 27

Stolen motor vehicle
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
An unknown subject stole his brown 1997 Dodge Dakota with Texas plates. Deputies advised en route to location and requested ATL be given out to SCPD/SCPD was given ATL.

Welfare check
Cottage San Road
Caller advised that an 80-year-old male lives alone and may be without power. Deputy made contact advising his house is warm and he is okay right now/back out at this address/clear/everything is okay/he advised he was not cold and is just waiting for the power to come back on/spoke with caller.

Vehicle accident with injuries
Sheep Corral Canyon Road

Missing persons
Young Road – Hanover – 5:59 p.m.
Caller advised their family member left this location around 2 p.m. in a maroon Dodge Durango and has not returned yet. The driver has a history of diabetes/possibly headed to Bayard. Deputy advised the male just arrived home.

Breaking and entering
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller believes Vern’s Body Shop was broken into/possibly by someone with a 2002 maroon Cadillac/gate lock is cut/owner is out of town.

Suicide threat
Bear Grass Lane

Wednesday, Oct. 28

Unwanted subject
Chukar Drive
Caller advised that a named male is there and isn’t leaving/he is intoxicated/he is her ex-boyfriend. Deputy advised on scene/show Jose Aguilar issued an indefinite CTW to caller’s residence/all units will be clear.

DV order violation
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
A named male is outside in a Dodge Ram truck/they are supposed to testify against him tomorrow and she is frightened/advised he should not be near this address per terms of the DVO. Deputy advised male barricaded inside trailer/trailer is in the driveway.

Accident with injuries
I-10 – MM 50 (about 30 miles east of Lordsburg)
Caller advised rollover on interstate/white pickup truck fully flipped over in the median/one male in vehicle/male is alert and breathing/does not know when he rolled/can only see male’s back/unknown if he is bleeding.

Thursday, Oct. 29

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 145 (1 mile south of rest area)
White Mazda is swerving all over the road. Deputy went traffic with vehicle between MM 127-128.

Criminal damage to property
Farley Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that some tenants her parents had evicted from the property damaged the entire property before leaving. Deputy on scene.

Loud music
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller complaining of loud music on the roadway to McKnight Canyon. Deputy advised caller they will try to patrol as much as they can.

Disturbance
88 Main Street – Bear Creek Cabins
Caller advised his ex showed up/barged in, and started to fight with everybody/she destroyed the cabin and broke someone’s phone/she left/everyone is okay/negative on any medical. Deputy advised female was gone on arrival.
