A male in a blue and black Chevy punched him in the face/they left westbound on Tom Foy Blvd.

Caller can hear someone shooting in the area/it is scaring his dog. Caller is requesting to cancel LE.

Walk-in advised he is being harassed by a named male.

Fraud/embezzlement
500 East Street – Bayard Low Income Apts.
Caller advised his girlfriend tried to cash a check and was told by his bank it is a fictitious check.

1001 Central Avenue
Caller advised a female is in the bathroom who was asked to not return and she is back on the property/is requesting a CTW on the female. Female was advised to leave the property.

Welfare check
Snell Middle School
Caller advised he received a call from a parent in another school district advising a named student is going to take pills and go to sleep/the female is about 13 or 14-years-old. Calling from Lordsburg advising of suicidal ideations.

400 Tom Foy Blvd. – 3:58 p.m.
Caller advised a gentleman in all red clothing is walking down the road near the Bayard Snappy Mart and was stumbling and barely able to walk/he just walked into the Bayard Snappy.

101 Tom Foy Blvd. – 5:04 p.m.
Caller advised a named male in all red clothing with no shoes is approaching people aggressively and causing a scene with caller/he is waking toward the BPD. Officer out with the named male at Yucca and Vencill streets.

Officer had contact with a named male at Anza and Third.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

Welfare check
A Street – 9:04 a.m.
Caller requests an officer to speak with a named male/he didn’t wake up for court and caller is unsure how to address him before he takes his medication. Heard the male yelling at caller before the phone line was disconnected.

Disturbance
A Street – 2:55 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male is causing problems/he is trying to break things because she wants him to speak to Judge Laney and he is refusing/requesting to speak with a certain officer when available.

Monday, Nov. 2

Stolen motor vehicle
N. James Street
Caller advised she left her car running while she went back into the house and when she came back out of the home her vehicle was gone/it is a purple and gray 2009 Hyundai Sonata/it happened about 10 minutes ago. Deputy advised vehicle is in Santa Clara/will ATL. NMSP officer advised ATL for the vehicle.

Manhattan Park Drive
Caller advised that her sister just walked into her home and is refusing to leave/sister is not being herself and is acting weird/she arrived on foot. Deputy advised units clear/Christa Sifuentes was issued an indefinite CTW for this address.

Tuesday, Nov. 3

Criminal damage to property
S. Bellm Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend broke windows to her residence and threw something at her car and the window is cracked/male left in a silver Cobalt toward Bayard. Waiting for amount on damage to charge the suspect.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

Welfare check
N. Prescott and W. Lincoln streets
A named female resides in this house and has been acting crazy/three kids are inside. Officer advised the female moved from the location and no longer lives there.

Thursday, Nov. 5

Welfare check
N. Mineral Street
Caller advised that his female friend is having a mental crisis/she has been drinking for 14 days and is bipolar/caller last spoke to her about 10 minutes ago/she is refusing to call for help. EMS1 transferred over to LE for transport. Officer has one female in custody.
