Caller advised that a named individual was pushing and shoving her/she is pregnant and has bruises and lumps. Deputy advised en route to the address/out at the address/advised parties have been separated/everything is okay.

Mimbres Quail Lane – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her 93-year-old mother called saying her chest was hurting and her arm was stinging and she was going back to bed/then she texted caller saying her chest was better and going back to bed again. Caller advised there was no heart history, but she is deaf.
Deputy made contact advising she is feeling okay and . . .

Mobile Drive
Caller can hear people fighting next door and a lot of slamming in the house. Deputy made contact with the pair/Brenda Hernandez was issued an indefinite CTW for this address.

Criminal trespass
Village Road
Caller advised that a neighbor put a sound effect camera on her property without permission/he is not there at this time. Deputy out at the address and issued Gary Brown an indefinite CTW for the address/clear/en route back to caller’s residence.

Domestic disturbance
Nun View Road – Arenas Valley
Daughter pulled caller’s hair/caller is in the bedroom/daughter is in the kitchen/negative intoxication/parties are separated at this time. Deputies made contact with caller who advised her daughter did not . . .

Iglesia Street – Hanover

Vehicle accident-no injuries
Arenas Valley Road and Highway 180
No narrative

Unattended death
Arena Road – Cliff
Caller hasn’t heard from an 84-year-old male in almost two weeks/this is the longest time they haven’t spoken. Deputy advised to send OMI/man deceased in vehicle.

Breaking and entering
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised he has intruders in his attic/at least one/caller is armed with a shotgun on the roof/advised he sleeps during the day. Deputy advised to clear the air/caller in investigative detention/advised to open air/caller is in protective custody.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

Accident-property damage
Mountain View Road
Caller from Silver Fire advised fleet accident with fire unit/they hit the septic tank.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 and Madison Road
Vehicle is weaving in and out of traffic. Deputy had contact with vehicle in the parking lot of Snappy Liquor in Bayard.

Domestic disturbance
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a male is arguing with him and accusing him of hacking his cell phone.

Suspicious vehicle
Tyrone Park
Vehicle left upon request.

Thursday, Nov. 5

Welfare check
Butterfield Lane – Tyrone
Caller hasn’t heard from his 70-year-old aunt. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone at the address/female moved out approximately four months ago/possibly to senior living facility on 16th Street.

Breaking and entering
Skyview Drive
Caller advised that her residence was broken into/the door was left wide open/unknown if anything was taken. Deputy advised everything is okay at this time/the door was open.

Welfare check
Country Club Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised a group of neighbors is doing cleanup and wants to make sure no one is doing any work on the house. Deputy advised everything is okay/negative on anyone being at the house.

Game and Fish
Highway 35 -- MM 1.5
Deer got hit right across from the Mormon Church/he is hurt and trying to get up/he is in the road. Deputy had negative contact with deer.

Disturbance
N. Basalt
Advised that his son is yelling and screaming/advised that he has not gotten physical/is escalating and yelling more/son has his own apartment. Deputy advised he spoke with male and his dad and he advised that he would stay away from the house.
