High Lonesome and Little Walnut roads
Caller advised she can hear a couple fighting/they have been arguing for about 15 minutes and are shouting pretty aggressively. Deputy advised everything is okay/female advised it was just her and her 8-year-old son/no fighting going on.

Welfare check
Rosedale and Thunder roads
Caller advised he can hear someone screaming in the distance for the last 15 minutes/he can also hear someone trying to calm them down, however, the person keeps screaming/doesn’t sound like a domestic at all. Deputy advised out at a Thunder Road address/negative with anything out of the normal/will be clear.

Accident-property damage
Mobile Drive
Gray Toyota Highlander vs black Mustang/negative on any injuries.

Welfare check
Mesa Road – 2:10 p.m.
Caller advised her stepson’s mother has a history of harassment with caller and she is court ordered to have visitation with him and she has not been picking him up on time. Caller wants to make sure the female is in the right mental status before handing the son over to her. Deputy advised everything is okay/caller is fine (?).

Identity theft
Pinon Street
Caller advised he noticed on his credit card report that someone has stolen his identity.

Fraud/embezzlement
11072 W. Highway 180 – American Mobile Home Park
Caller advised he wanted to report fraudulent activity on his bank card/advised someone accessed his account and took money out. Deputy spoke with caller.

Breaking and entering
Chalcocite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised that she had people evicted from the property back in March and they returned and possibly broke into the home and took items from inside/ a neighbor informed caller. Deputy spoke with caller and set up a frequent patrol for the night shift.

Welfare check

Mesa Road – 7:47 p.m.
Caller advised his son’s mother keeps sending him emails/caller’s 14-year-old autistic son is with her and she is possibly drunk/she is emailing him violent and assaulting (?) emails. Deputy advised made contact with caller via telephone and advised his son was okay.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 11:25 p.m.
Deputy out of unit/advised a named male of the noise ordinance/he advised he will shut it down for the night.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 152 – MM 7 (Georgetown Road junction)
Possible poachers. As per the property owner they did have permission to be on the property/everything is okay.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Accident-property damage
Highway 61 @ City of Rocks
Deputies had negative contact with anything in the area.

Stolen motor vehicle
Bennett Road – Cliff
Caller advised his gold and tan 1993 Ford F150 was possibly stolen/last seen three days ago. Caller called back advising they possibly saw it off Mangas Valley Road right where the pavement turns to dirt.

Accident-property damage
Highway 90 @ Cullum Road
Caller is in a 2017 black Ford F150/negative on any injuries.

Breaking and entering
Cottonwood Road
Advised possible B&E in progress/subjects came in through the back window/line was disconnected before more info could be obtained. Caller advised it was just a cat that jumped through the window screen.

DIsturbance
Ventana Drive – Arenas Valley – 4:33 p.m.
Caller advised a male just left the property/he wanted to come for his daughter for a little bit/caller advised the male and her had a disagreement and he became irate and started yelling/he left in a red Chevy pickup. Deputies had contact with the male and he was issued an indefinite CTW for the address.
Disturbance
Ventana Drive – Arenas Valley – 5:22 p.m.
Caller believes the male is waiting up the road/he has his lights on and is waiting for caller for leave. Will be following caller out of town to make sure she is okay.

Welfare check
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller from NM Crisis Line advised a named 38-year-old female called the Line for thoughts of suicide and self-injury due to being sexually assaulted back on Halloween/was heavily intoxicated/had been drinking rum at least half the bottle/had a plan of ending her life by cutting her wrist.

Pheasant Drive
Male choked her daughter/her daughter-in-law is 21-years-old/male is crying and they are scared/male is possibly walking to her parents’ house five minutes up the hill/daughter-in-law has bruises on her neck.

Welfare check
Century Drive – San Lorenzo
Can hear a female yelling at male asking what is in his hand/female is hiding and calling 911/male keeps yelling at female. Can hear female asking who is there and who is it. Can hear dog barking now. Female came to the phone whispering the address then put the phone down.

Sunday, Nov. 8

Unattended death
Rocky Creek Road
Caller advised they received a call from his neighbor’s family that their family member has passed/86-year-old male. OMI en route.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Arenas Valley Road – 12:25 p.m.
Caller advised car has been stolen. Deputy out at another property.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road – 1:45 p.m.
Caller advised a named individual was video taping his sister’s license plate. Deputy en route to residence/spoke with both parties and advised them they both needed to stay away from each other.

Harassment
Ventana Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her son has been threatening and harassing through the phone. Deputy made contact with caller.

Welfare check
Highway 356
Caller from Cobre Schools advised a 12-year-old is contemplating suicide and told a friend she was going to do something stupid/grandma is guardian. Deputy advised spoke to female and she is 18-years-old and she does not know how that information got out.
