Caller advised a named female put her hands on her and is leaving in a green or blue 2dr Pontiac/caller is not injured. Officer out on Blackhawk to speak with caller.

Unwanted subject
Cortez Avenue – 9:39 p.m.
Advised he tried breaking her window/he was trying to get aggressive with her/he may have broke the window to her truck. Officer advised made contact with caller who is okay/ATL for male.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Disturbance
Cortez Avenue – 9:56 a.m.
A named male and a named female are fighting again/he broke into her trailer again. Caller advised the male is leaving now/he is still standing outside the property yelling/he is taking things before he leaves. Deputy had negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
B Street
Advised he’s been out on her property frequently/wants him issued a CTW to the address. Deputy out on B Street/negative contact with anyone.

Welfare check
Nevada Avenue
Caller has not been able to get a hold of her 65-year-old sister since last night/she has been very depressed and things of that nature. Made contact with female/she is okay/will be calling her sister.

D Street
Male is causing problems/he has been asked to leave and he will not leave/caller evicted him from this address and he came back to get his stuff/he has a shovel in his hand threatening him/he tried to get physical but caller defended himself.

Harassment
S. Hutchinson Street
Caller advised he is getting harassed by a named female/she told him he was stealing from her/he does not know who she is.

Weapons fired
Highway 180 @Dollar General
Dark green Ford pickup with purple lights in the tires/they were shooting up in the air/fired about 7 rounds/she did have kids with him/caller witnessed the gun. BPD officer has contact at Bayard Chevron. XCPD officer has one in investigative detention/four subjects were released from ID.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Welfare check
N. Bellm Street
38-year-old female/alert and breathing/does seem to be acting weird/does talk to herself/daughter is inside the house. Caller believes the daughter may be suffering some kinda drug episode. Per officer send ambulance for the female advising there is power going to the house.

Larceny
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that a named male tried to take her phone. Officer out at a S. Bayard Street abandoned residence attempting contact with subject/negative contact with the subject.

Sunday, Nov. 8

Welfare check
N. Cleveland Street
A named 25-year-old female has mental issues and has not been taking her medications for her bipolar disorder/drinking and smoking pot/recently doing meth/she has been verbally aggressive with caller and her family/she has been in the shower for the past 30 minutes. Deputies advised transport female.
