Caller advised that a named couple aren't answering their phone/they need 24-hour care and the caregiver is not able to make it to their house. Officer advised mom and dad are fine.

A named male is going to her mother's house and mother has asked him not to go there but he is still going. Caller wants him issued a CTW.

Fahey Street
Caller advised she saw the father of her four kids walking around Bayard intoxicated and it is a court violation for him to be without kids. Officer advised children are okay and with the grandparents at this time.

Officer advised the male will be leaving/will be clear.

Criminal trespass warning
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised a named male who has a CTW is on the property/caller told him to get off the property and he argued a bit then went around the side of the building and probably back home. Officer had negative contact with male/will ATL in the area.

Officer had negative contact with any loud music.

S. Franey Street
Caller advised his father hasn't answered his phone for a day and a half/caregiver never went to his house yesterday due to the weather/he has dementia and lives alone. Deputy advised made contact with male/everything is okay.

Empire Street
Caller advised a named male is inside her house/she is not there/advised her sister lives next door and notified her/male is her ex-brother-in-law/he is not allowed there/not sure how he got in. Deputy had negative contact with male/ATL in the area with negative contact.

Elderly male is home alone/children are left home alone with the elderly male/male is in his mid-70s and cannot take care of himself.

Shoplifting
Central Avenue
Caller advised two boys about 12-years-old with backpacks stole some items/they are now behind M&A on bikes. Negative contact with the juvies/will be on scene at the Thrift Store.

Accident-property damage
Hurley and Central avenues
Caller advised she was hit from the side/negative on airbag deployment. White Camaro vs gray car.

Domestic disturbance
Bayard HMS
Female yelling in vehicle. Could hear male and female arguing. Left toward Santa Clara in a white car. Went traffic on Highway 180 @ Terrazas.

Harassment
McKee Street
Caller advised an officer is harassing his son/accusing him of running people off the road/if someone doesn't do something about the harassment it isn't going to be good. Caller was told to contact the chief of police when the officer is on duty.

Caller advised a female neighbor is harassing him. Officer advised will be doing a frequent patrol of the property.

Caller advised that her female friend just posted a video and she does not look well/she can barely lift her head in the video/people are asking if she is okay and she is not responding/video was posted about five minutes ago/she has been ill. LE had negative contact at the home.

Mom and caller have been trying to reach a named male since yesterday/he is wheelchair bound and has medical issues/in his 60s. Deputy made contact with caller/spoke with male and advised caller he was okay/neighbors are keeping an eye on him.

Suspicious vehicle
W. Pine and S. Prescott streets
White Ford truck has been parked at this intersection for 45 minutes. Deputy advised driver honking horn and flashing lights/has contact with female driver/she ran out of gas.

Domestic disturbance
W. Pinon Street
A named male is causing problems/verbal altercation. Officer advised will be en route shortly/clear/spoke with female/male left prior to arrival/female requested a CTW for the male/will ATL him.

Jasper Street
Caller advised her son is there causing problems/he is saying he wishes she were dead/he is in the camping trailer now destroying her property/she is outside in her PT Cruiser. Deputy advised parties involved advised verbal/male going to grandma's house.

Wednesday, Feb. 17

Welfare check
W. Oak Street
Caller advised they have not been able to get in contact with her mother-in-law for a few days. Officer advised will be clear/she is okay/will contact caller.

Thursday, Feb. 18

Welfare check
Fort Bayard Street
A 63-year-old male lives alone/does not own vehicles/sometimes rides the bus/does not have friends or family in town/spoke to him last about four weeks ago.
