Caller advised that somebody trespassed on his property yesterday/unknown who it might have been/there is damage. Made contact with caller.

Caller advised he hit a deer coming in from Hurley/deer is not in the roadway.

Advised two juvis tried fighting with his 13-year-old son/juvis were approximately 14 and 19-years-old/they left the area.

Domestic disturbance
Budge Street
Caller wants her brother out of her house/it was physical between them/he is breaking windows inside her Charger. Officer advised clear/caller was being uncooperative and wouldn't state if she wanted subject to leave or not.

Criminal damage to property
Bayard Library
Advised the sign outside the building has been damaged.

Accident-property damage
Copper Street
Caller advised she hit a parked car/no injuries or leaking fluids.

Larceny
Mayo Street
Caller advised someone broke into his vehicle and stole his wallet with his driver's license and money.

Advised that her sister went and took her stuff from the back of her truck/would like a CTW placed on sister. Deputy advised cannot find address/dispatcher called twice/left voicemail for better directions.

Sunday, Aug. 8

Domestic disturbance
Rogers Street – 3:52 p.m.
Caller advised that her husband hit her today and is now threatening her on the phone/he left about 2:30 p.m/she refused medical.

Caller advised she thinks her son-in-law is at the house beating up her daughter/daughter called caller crying and said to call the cops and hung up. Officer advised to send another unit/emergency/will be clear/both parties are refusing to leave the residence/they advised negative on anything physical/were advised to stay away from each other.

Virginia and Watson streets
Caller advised a grey hatchback is parked in the middle of the road with a bullet hole through passenger side window. Officer advised keys not in ignition and tires seem flat but can roll/requested wrecker/wrecker en route.

Unwanted subject
Budge Street
Advised a named individual is refusing to get out of his blue Nissan. Officer advised unit clear/subject did get out of vehicle.

Caller advised her ex-boyfriend was released from jail and showed up at her residence/he stayed in the yard and was kicking the screen when she told him to leave/he is leaving/they do have a protection order. Officer advised en route to SPIN House with male/clear/dropped him off.

N. Prescott Street
They are outside fighting. Officer and deputies advised three males on Prescott and Encino.

Reckless driver
E. Maple Street
Out with ATV that was on walkway in Santa Clara.

Unwanted subject
410 Ft Bayard Street
Advised that a named female is causing issues and getting out of hand/wants her off the property/currently outside/she's now trying to go back inside after they told her to leave/nothing physical/just cussing everyone out.

Burglary
N. James Street – 12:21 p.m.
Caller advised her home was broken into while she was in jail. Deputy has contact with caller.

Caller advised the front door was where they gained access. SCPD officer advised GRMC needs the deputies that dropped him off/will wait till deputies arrive.

Unwanted subject
N. James Street – 9:32 p.m.
Caller advised she wants her boyfriend removed/she has asked him to leave and he is refusing to do so/he is intoxicated. Officer advised everything is okay/caller does not want a CTW only requested male leave for a few hours/units clear.
