Caller found a bullet hole in the front door and a bullet lodged in a piece of wood.

Caller advised she was rear-ended this morning by a named female. Officer advised en route to the Forest Service.

Caller advised a named female is still harassing her at work. Officer advised he will handle after the district court call.

Caller advised she has not heard from a named male in over two months/he usually calls once a week/his wife passed away about a year ago/he sometimes believes she is still alive.

3088 32nd Street Bypass – Income Support Division
Caller advised a named female is harassing staff/her benefits were not approved and she became upset/she is in the lobby/she left to outside. Officer advised female left as requested.

2501 E. Highway 180
They took an infant item in a large box/they are in the parking lot in a grey Chevy Suburban with a broken back window/they are leaving east on Highway 180. Officer advised will be back when footage is ready.

County Convention Center – 3031 E. Highway 180
Male tried to get a female to go outside with him/he wouldn't talk to caller/wants CTW issued when located. Officer will be clear/male left upon arrival/ATL for Richard Matthews to issue indefinite CTW to this address.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road
A named male just took a bag of alcohol. Officer had contact on Highway 180 @ Ace Hardware/CTW issued to Fabian Amaro/released on a CTA/en route to return bottles to Walgreen's.

Caller advised a male was yelling at customers. Officer issued Gregory Smith a CTW.

Caller advised neighbor was yelling racial slurs at her mother-in-law.

Advised a male and a female are fighting each other/male is in front of the EMS building/female is hiding behind Dollar General. Officer had contact.

Criminal trespass warning
Corre Caminos – 3033 E. Highway 180
Caller wants a CTW issued to a subject they no longer want on their property or on the busses. Officer issued ATL for Richard Matthews to issue him a CTW for Corre Caminos/will be clear.

A named male is there and he has a CTW/he is wearing a stolen backpack/he left toward Arby's. Officer advised would frequent patrol.

1120 E. Highway 180
Caller advised the named female is still harassing her through her work. Officer advised will be clear/caller will callback when her manager is in the office.

Canal Street
Caller advised his friend's mother is drunk and broke a window/she is not injured/she is not violent. Officer advised will be clear.

N. Bennett Street
Advised he would like a named male removed from his property/he is yelling and pacing. Male left the property/units clear.

Former employee took a lot of items from the store/he took them around 7:12 p.m./caller does have video of what happened/wants the male issued a CTW. Officer advised no one is coming to the door.

Advised a named female is yelling and screaming/would like her checked on. Officer had contact with female/she is okay/clear.

Caller advised they have been calling her 18-year-old daughter for an hour and 20 minutes with no response. Officer advised clear/negative contact with vehicle/advised Q's is closed.

123 W. 12th Street
A named female advised she needs to get hold of the store manager/she does not have the keys.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

N. Bennett Street
Caller from Veteran's Home Loan Company advised a named female called and is rambling and saying people are staring at her/she isn't making sense. Officer advised she is okay/she is refusing medical/attempted to call caller/left voicemail.

Shoplifting
2850 E. Highway 180
Male took tools and is walking toward Ace. Officer out at Ace doing a walk through/out with two males at Corre Caminos/Joseph Palomarez and Lorenzo Aguilera were issued CTWs/enroute to Foxworth to drop off the items.

Harassment
Valley Vista
Caller advised the neighbor is harassing a named female. Officer spoke to female who stated her neighbor has a kid and the kid and his friends are always banging on the metal sign in front of her residence and she can't stand it anymore. Officer made contact with neighbor who advised she is tired of caller calling in these calls/officer explained to female neighbor that kids will be kids and if she could just talk to her child . . .

Male in a blue Nissan with his head down for about 30 minutes now. Officer had negative contact with any vehicle of that description.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male has fallen twice and is possibly drunk/40s-50s/sitting on the bench/has a small dog with him.

100 N. Rosedale Road
Caller advised a named male just took several bottles of alcohol and headed up toward Walmart. Officer advised negative contact with male/going to be out at Walgreen's.

Vehicle burglary
1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller advised around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, a tenant's vehicle was broken into.

Officer advised the named male is clear of CTWs.

Caller advised a named female was caught shoplifting/she was confronted and items were returned/negative on a CTW at this time. Officer advised ATL put out for Ashley Flores to issue indefinite CTW to the BevCo when she is located.

Advised someone is on the property who is not supposed to be there. Officer advised clear/everything is okay/made contact with a named male who stated everything was okay and he did not call.

Advising two females and a male just ran out with two bottles/they are walking toward the bowling alley/would like CTWs issued to all parties/caller does know they are headed to the Memory Lane Apartments. Officer advised they do not know how much alcohol was taken.

Thursday, Aug. 25

40th Street
Caller advised a male is on his property refusing to leave/he is on foot. Officer had contact with male near Omega Place/clear/male left upon request.

Accident-property damage
N. Silver and E. Pine streets
Caller is following a car that hit another car/they are stopping at a Mann Drive address. Officer out at the Mann Drive address.

N. Swan Street
Stepson is screaming and hollering. Officer made contact with stepson who advised he was praying and he was okay and did not need medical/he left the property.

3001 S. Highway 180 – 11:12 a.m.
Subject on site is yelling and screaming/he is lying in the driveway/caller wants him gone and a CTW issued. Officers issued Jeremiah Muniz an indefinite CTW for location.

1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90 – 11:45 a.m.
A named male is yelling and screaming at cars/he is on foot. Officers made contact with male who is talking to himself.

Female with backpack is charging at cars. Officer had negative contact.

Caller needs to have LE escort male/he comes in from time to time and harasses staff making them feel uncomfortable. Officer issued Richard Matthews an indefinite CTW.

Female walking around inside the store/she has batteries and items in her hand. Officer issued Sherii Walsh a CTW and she left the property.

Caller advised an elderly lady appears to be lost/has been there for about 40 minutes/she stepped out a few times into the road. Officer has contact just north of the church/female is okay/she has an apartment across the street.

Caller advised she was rear-ended and got info from the person who hit her, but when she called the number it is not a valid number/request LE to run license plate to tell her who the vehicle belongs to.

In apparel/two males now separated/they are arguing outside/now they are laughing.

Advised a 12- to 13-year-old special needs student just walked past her grandmother's address and walked toward caller's address. Officer advised mother has been notified.

2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Advised her ex-boyfriend is texting her saying if she does not want to be with him, "He is going to take care of it." Also "It's going to be fun tonight," if she doesn't get a restraining order on him. Officer issued David Gomez an indefinite CTW for entire Memory Lane complex.

Young male walking with a gas can and asked caller for some gas/he hasn't done anything wrong but remembers having a run-in with him where he started a fire just outside of his house.

121 W. 12th Street – 10:06 p.m.
Advised a male and a female are inside refusing to leave. Officer advised subjects left the property.

Advised a male is sitting in the parking lot in front of the store. Officer stated the male said he was fine/he was upset and stated we are harassing him/he was advised the officer got a call for a welfare check on him/he then left the . . .

Advised a named female is in the office for trying to shoplift/she tried to take quite a bit of general merchandise products. Officer advised negative on anyone in custody or case number.

Male at the corner now lying on the ground. Officer out with male/he is okay.
