A named female in her early 70s hasn't been answering her phone/someone broke into her house a few days ago/she lives alone. Deputy advised (redacted) was contacted and she was advised the female was okay.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

Criminal damage to property
Fairway Drive
Caller advised a named male broke her back door and left running toward Ridge Road/he left his vehicle at her house.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 78-79 (2-3 miles east of Buckhorn)
Male walking on the highway is stopping cars/possibly has Down's syndrome/he is in front of the old saddle shop on the highway. Deputy advised negative contact all the way to Buckhorn/was given info about a male who resides at MM 76/will ATL there.

Criminal trespass
X Bar X Drive
Caller advised people are trespassing on her property and cut down illegal wood/they are not there at this time.

Welfare check
Mobile Drive
Caller advised he has been trying to get a hold of his father all day and has been unsuccessful. Deputy advised actual address.

Harassment
Aspen Street
Caller advised he is on probation and the mother of his child is harassing him and he does not want to get in trouble. Deputy advised male stated he went to pick up his child from his ex-girlfriend's house and they got into an argument. Deputy advised the male that he would be able to set up a civil standby the next time if he wants to.

Domestic disturbance
McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised his wife is very drunk/she slammed the door on his hand/she is staring at him from 4 ft away/he has not been drinking/he is outside/she is inside. They will have to cross the creek/stay to the left of the stick that is sticking up.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

Domestic disturbance
Oakwood
Caller advised her daughter's boyfriend is fighting with his daughter/he was allowed to stay at the residence and caller needs something done about the male. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay/they advised they are going to "cool off" and go to sleep.

Game and Fish
Highway 180 – MM 98 (3 miles east of Mangas)
Deer in roadway.

Welfare check
Rosedale Road
There is a blue container and a female is yelling from it/on the other side of the "S"/caller believes the female is locked inside. Deputy advised negative contact with any blue container. Caller advised he can hear the female yelling from his house on Spring Creek Road. Deputy has contact with caller.

Harassment
Highway 152 – Grant County
Caller advised his ex-girlfriend's family is harassing him. Deputy advised clear.

Domestic disturbance
Powderhorn Ridge Road –Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her boyfriend just rammed her vehicle four times while she was inside the vehicle/he left to a McKnight Road address/she was not injured/he was demanding she return something she does not have. Deputy was advised.

Criminal damage to property
Coleman Drive
Caller advised her son just hit her car and left. Deputy ATL/advised give to the city.

Driving while intoxicated
Rustler's Trail – White Signal
Caller advised a named male just left the residence and has been drinking all night/possibly en route to Ace Hardware. Deputy advised to advise SCPD. SCPD officer advised was just at Ace/vehicle is not there.

Criminal trespass warning
Mineral Street – Bayard
Caller wants his son issued a CTW for his residence. Deputy made contact with caller.

Battery
La Tienda – Highway 35
Caller advised as she was walking a named male body slammed her and was punching her friend in the head and busted it open and was also choking her/he also stole her belongings/caller refused medical. Deputy advised negative contact with (redacted) at her residence.
