703 Silver Heights Blvd. – 5:19 a.m.
Caller said a woman with a white blanket is in the lobby refusing to leave/wants her issued a CTW. Officers out at Highway 180 and Gold Street with Cristina Proudlock and issued her CTWs for Denny's and W&N Enterprises.

1105 E. Highway 180 – 7:15 a.m.
Female who is possibly intoxicated is in the restroom/not responding to them/she is moaning/she is locked in a stall. Officer out with Cristina Proudlock. GCSO deputy advised negative on giving her a ride to Lordsburg. Officer advised female requested a ride to SASS (Sexual Assault Support Services).

Caller advised that a student just advised her that she was "groped" by a student from Cobre/student is in her office.

Male with his legs in the roadway. Officer advised will be clear/male is okay.

Caller's phone fell out of his pocket and someone stole it/his tracker shows it going on 13th Street toward Food Basket. A female stated the phone pinged back at the address they gave earlier in Deming.

Female with a lot of luggage walking down Swan Street in the middle of the roadway north of Cain Drive. Officer has contact with the female.

Caller advised a male is following a female and has been for about a mile. Officer had negative contact.

A named female is causing problems/she is upset because someone knocked on the bathroom door while she was in there. Dispatch can hear the female yelling. Caller advised she is getting in everyone's faces and calling them names. Officer advised will be giving the female a ride to Gough Park.

Officer advised while responding to Walmart, Central Dispatch advised that Walmart no longer wanted an officer to respond due to the male returning all merchandise without , , ,

Caller stated they can see around two subjects throwing and breaking glass and screaming/they are shining flashlights/they are fighting/property is sup posed to be vacant and abandoned. Officer out with a named male.

A named female got in a fight with another client/wants the female removed. Officer advised the named female left the property.

Caller advised a battery happened earlier today with her 12-year-old daughter.

Stated she was driving and got tired so she pulled over to take a nap.

Caller's son is in the apartment/he has been yelling and screaming all night long. Officer advised caller wants to send son to GRMC.

Caller advised a male is lying on the corner. Officer made contact with the male in front of Pinon Plaza.

Caller advised a male in front of the store is exposing himself/caller was told this by some customers/male is sitting on the bench. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/negative contact/clear.

Caller wants a named female issued an indefinite CTW/she left in a gold Dodge Dart and left the kids at the SPIN shelter.

Graffiti on back of big warehouse/caller just painted it yesterday/the graffiti is back today.

Caller advised her son is out of control/he is threatening her/he is in the kitchen. GCSO deputy advised will be clear/advising parties were advised to stay away from each other.

Caller advised he got into an altercation with a named male/advised male was trying to smash a piece of tile over caller's head/he did smash it on his shoulder/he also stabbed caller in the back/male is no longer there/refused medical.

Advised a named female is on the property and she has a CTW/she is standing in the front yard of the residence. Officer issued Madonna Leyba an indefinite CTW to the Senior Apartments and re-issued an indefinite CTW for the Bard Street address.

Mississippi and Hill streets
Underpass on Mississippi Street underneath Highway 180/four subjects in a white minivan. Officer on scene advising graffiti was done by three females.

West Street
Tenant, who is no longer a resident, is being disorderly/he was evicted about a week ago/did swing on caller. Officer advised one in investigative detention/issued Preston Gholson an indefinite CTW for the address.

A named female has been lingering around the building throughout the day/she does have a CTW. Officer advised frequent patrol would be kept.

Caller advised her husband hasn't answered his phone since this morning/he is 75-years-old and not in the best of health/caller is in Arizona at this time. Officer had contact with male/everything is okay.

Caller advised a named male has been knocking at her door for an hour and she does not want him there. Officer advised made contact with male at VA Clinic/he advised he was going to walk to GRMC to use a cell phone.

Caller advised he believes two males sitting outside the store are doing narcotics. Officer issued Gregory Smith and Jason Abeyta indefinite CTWs for 12th Street Snappy.

A named female who has a CTW is outside/she is at the front door pacing back and forth/believes she was saying something about planting a bomb. Officer had contact with female at Daniel and Robert streets/was told to stay off the property.

Caller advised this is her residence, but she is staying at El Refugio. Caller wants to make sure no one is at her residence now. Officer advised subjects are living there and several vehicles are out front/spoke with caller who advised before she went into El Refugio she allowed subjects to stay there and now she wants them removed/had negative contact with anyone coming to the door.

Caller reported a female was arguing with two men who pushed a female out in an older model white car. Officer advised one named female in investigative detention.

Male is making threatening comments/he is sitting on the bench waiting for the bus/want a CTW issued. Officer advised male was issued an indefinite CTW for the Grant County Convention Center.

A named female is in their office saying she needs to report something but not saying what she needs/she is acting very erratic. Officer advised female was asked to leave/negative on a CTW at this time.

Caller is in the office to report another student touched her 7-year-old daughter in the private area.

Ex-wife isn't answering the door. Officer advised checked with another tenant who advised the female is okay but did leave.

Caller advised he just left this location where his 2- and 3-year-old boys live and one had inhaled a vape he took off the counter/the house is a mess/child doesn't need an ambulance/she has been drinking as well. Officer determined female had a valid ID/clear.

Female yelling about customer service being closed/doesn't want a CTW/just want her to calm down. Officer advised units clear/female was not yelling when they arrived/everything is okay.

Elderly named male is sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot for the past hour/he is out of Santa Fe. Officer spoke with male who advised his puppy is underneath the seat and can't get him out and did not want to leave him under there all night in the freezing cold/advised he is okay.

Elderly male waving money around like he is willing to pay for a ride/wearing a black hoodie. Officer had negative contact so far/will ATL.

313 E. Broadway
Caller advising she was notified some subjects are possibly staying in this vacant property/mattresses and belongings are in the home/caller advised she works for the Dona Ana County Sheriff and wants them arrested. Officer had contact with one female out of South Dakota.

Bosworth Drive
Caller advised a cell phone mailed to this address was taken from the front of the house.

Male inside the building refusing to leave. Officer issued James Marquez a CTW.

A named female is on caller's front porch/she locked herself out of her home. Dispatch made contact with a named subject who may be the female's daughter/subject advised she would be en route.

Caller is being harassed by her landlord. Officer made contact with caller who stated about 30 minutes previous she was approached in an angry manner by her landlord /he was cursing at her and slammed his hand on the stairs. Caller stated she had been to court with the landlord regarding an eviction notice and she was allowed to stay.

Caller advised his home was broken into and a firearm was stolen.

Caller advised just caught a named female shoplifting/did get the items back/wants her issued a CTW.

Caller advised he last had contact with his father, who is in his late 70s, on Monday following his father's hernia surgery.

Advised his 54-year-old son with short term memory went for a walk about 5:30 p.m. and hasn't returned home/he is disabled with brain damage.
