Caller advised sounds like two people fighting outside his trailer/did not see anyone/can still hear them fighting and yelling. Deputy had negative contact with anyone.

Caller advised she is walking her dog and a male in a red Honda told her he had run out of gas.

Caller advised his ex took his phone again/she dropped it and he has it. Deputy advised attempted to call caller/negative contact.

Caller advised a child and a dog are playing in the large trash bins/he stopped and asked them if they were okay and they (???)advised they were okay. Deputy walked the property with negative contact.

Caller advised a named male is on his property and he does not want him there/wants him issued a CTW. Deputy knocked on the door/negative contact with anyone in or around the area/cleared.

Unattended death
Ridge Road
68-year-old male in declining health/he is not alert/shallow breathing/has been refusing medical help/has a prolonged UTI/been bedridden since October/has been vomiting black liquid for about three days. Caller called back advising she is not sure if he's breathing anymore.

DV order violation
Azurite Court – Tyrone
Deputy spoke with caller who advised the male's grandma called her for the washer and dryer/she has a DVO with the male/caller has been unable to contact the grandma/they continue to message her for the male asking for more things and she does not have any more of his things. Deputy advised would note it in the blotter.

Criminal trespass
Chino Mine
Caller advised they have a trespasser on mine property at "Lake 1." Deputy made contact with caller and discovered four large stumps where the subject had been stealing wood from the mine property.

Caller heard her grandkids were not being taken care of properly. Deputy was advised/spoke with a female who advised another deputy made a report with CYFD/she was given a number for her to make a report as well if she chose to.

Caller advised vehicle possibly broke down. Deputy made contact with the motor home/no one in the motor home/note left about going into town to get tools/Forest Service also knows where the motor home is located.

Caller hit a deer and is off the side of the road. Deputy was advised.

Caller has not been able to contact his uncle in three days/he is not answering his phone or the internet. Caller called back advising LE to go back out to the residence/uncle is 72-years-old and has diabetes and high blood pressure/only goes to the grocery store and the post office/wants LE to . . .

Caller advised his brother broke into the residence and he needs him removed/is not causing problems. Deputy advised caller will be leaving because brother is not leaving/caller was informed of the eviction process/brother has been living there for three years.

Wednesday, Mar. 1

W. Oak Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised her and her son were arguing and he spit in her face/they are separated now. Deputy made contact with caller who advised the argument started when son could not find his vape pen/assumed she was hiding it.

Bellm Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised he knows a child is being kept under the floor of a camp trailer at this address/advised "he knows what he's talking about." Deputy had negative contact with anything at the camping trailer or the doublewide.

Caller stated a female is there saying her daughter is in his trailer/another female showed up and drug her away/caller stated he had a gun pointed at her/both females are outside at his door/he took the magazine out of the gun/female is still saying her daughter is missing and . . .

Caller requested welcheck on daughter who is traveling to Arizona in a dark blue Chevy Impala on Highway 78 between Highway 180 and Mule Creek. Deputy patrolled Highway 78 to Arizona state line with negative contact.

Brother's girlfriend broke window to residence/she left in a green Chevy pickup/happened five minutes ago.

Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised a named male is outside her residence and she lives alone/he is in the front yard making sounds. Deputy was advised.

Bayard City Hall – 3:31 a.m.
Caller advised she is stuck inside the building/she is in the conference room/advised she can hear voices and she stated no one told her to leave and she stayed in the conference room. Deputy advised front door open/making entry/contact with named subject/request ambulance for a 28-year-old female with black eye and cuts to face/conscious/negative on lights and sirens. EMS1 advised signed refusal/she will be taken to SPIN shelter.

Deputy advising had contact with male/advised he is okay/was just looking for cigarettes.

Deputy advised will be clear/looks like vehicle went off the roadway sometime last night.

Caller advising they need a named male checked on because he sated that he was suicidal/he got up and left his appointment about 10 minutes ago/he refused to stay/he has a plan to hang himself. SCPD officer was advised. Deputy advised spoke to male/male advised negative on a suicide.

Caller advised someone broke in through the front door between 2 p.m. yesterday and 2 p.m. today/a gun cabinet full of guns was taken.

Caller advised a named male is outside threatening to kill him/he has been there all day. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone for quite a while/will be clear.
