Caller advised someone stole his 1991 blue Nissan truck/last seen at 5 p.m. yesterday. Deputy advised will be clear from here/caller signed a stolen vehicle affidavit.

Highway 211 – Gila
Caller believes her 36-year-old daughter is being held against her will and being drugged/her daughter stopped calling her daily/this started when she met a male/caller did speak with her yesterday.

Criminal trespass warning
Chino Mines – Vanadium Gate
Caller thinks a named male is trespassing on the property. Deputy advised en route to Cobre Court/negative contact/will be stationary in the area/will be clear/negative contact.

Welfare check
Oakwood
Female outside is screaming/screaming for someone to call the police. Deputy has contact/send info for 19-year-old female with cuts to the wrists. Another deputy advised will be clear/female is okay/being transported by EMS.

Domestic disturbance
Grand Mesa Drive
Caller advised she will be at her boyfriend's house on Lamina Loop/she was in a physical domestic with her mom and stepdad/mom scratched caller's arms and caller threw a fork at her stepdad/mom told her to leave.

Reckless driver
Main Street – North Hurley
Young male on a red motorcycle going up and down the road at a high rate of speed. Deputy spoke with both parties/made contact with motorcycle/advised he would stop.

Cleveland Street
Caller advised she and her partner have been arguing and she wants him removed from the property. Deputy advised all verbal/female was just frustrated.

Welfare check
Cullum Drive – White Signal
Caller advised his daughter and a man went for a walk a couple hours ago and she hasn't returned. Deputy advised had contact with the daughter and she is okay/also made contact with caller's son who advised caller has been diagnosed with dementia.

Deputy made contact with music/music was turned down.

Welfare check
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised his neighbor's gate has remained open for the last five days/the gate is always closed. Deputy advised everything is okay/made contact with(redacted).

Bobwhite Drive
Son and daughter have been fighting/they have a 2-year-old son with them. Deputy advised escorting female and child to grandmother's house.

Highway 180 @ RDA Snappy
Deer in eastbound lanes. Deer carcass is removed from median.

Wednesday, Apr, 12

Domestic disturbance
Prescott Street – Bayard
Caller advised her daughter and a named male had a fight and the male chased her daughter/daughter is without shoes. Officer taking care of the call.

Highway 180 – MM 138 (3 miles west of Highway 61 junction)
Caller advising a male is walking really close to the white line. Deputy out with male at MM 136/male advised he is okay/he refused any medical assistance/advised he's just walking/will be clear. Dispatch received several more calls regarding this subject at MM 136/advising he seems disoriented and is now near the ditch.

Caller from Missouri advised he has been trying to contact his 69-year-old mother since yesterday/she is not answering her phone or social media. Deputy advised will be clear/did have contact/advised she has been under the weather and would contact her children.

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised her 14-year-old son with mental health problems got physical with her and pinned her down/he also choked her/happened about 40 minutes ago/he is inside the home and still very agitated/she does not need medical attention. Caller said when he pinned her down he said he was going to kill her and he was pinning her down to rape her. Caller advised the son will have bite marks on his person/advising . . .

Caballero Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named subject is causing issues for caller and her boyfriend/subject is throwing rocks at caller and trying to cause a physical altercation/subject is in a white Ford pickup. Deputy advised to note a waiver of prosecution was signed/will be clear.

Domestic disturbance
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised his father just threw a 2x4 at his head/caller is in the process of moving out/he is bleeding but doesn't want an ambulance. Second caller advised his son has locked him out of the property/advising he has an eviction notice for his son.

Cortez Avenue -- Hurley
Caller advised male from earlier is back on the property/he's yelling and screaming again/wants him off the property. Deputy had contact with male who requested ride to shelter in Silver/male dropped off.

Weapons fired
Little Walnut Picnic Grounds
Caller advised they are right off the road shooting and there is new signage prohibiting. Deputy on scene/male and female walking back to their vehicle/they advised they were shooting targets/where they were shooting there were no residences/large USFS . . .

Thursday, Apr. 13

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 151 (3.5 miles east of Mimbres River crossing)
Caller from Luna County Dispatch advised they believe the vehicle is headed toward Grant County/vehicle is not allowing other vehicles to pass it. Deputy advised that NMSP was advised/have contact with grey Jeep at MM 130 (1 mile west of Grant County Airport Road)/negative on traffic violations/will keep an eye on it/advised clear/everything is okay.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Bataan Memorial Park
Caller advised rocks have been thrown through equipment that belongs to Grant County Road Dep't.

Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised his employee just called and it sounded like he was going to hurt himself/he was crying and saying he lost his daughter to fentanyl/he does sound very intoxicated/there were subjects in the background saying that his daughter was okay and not dead. Caller advising that employee advised "Maybe I'll die today," and "Maybe I'll kill myself today."

Per request a 21-year-old male will be removed from location/male was issued an indefinite CTW for a Highway 211 address/units clear/male was dropped off at Seasonal Overnight Shelter in Silver City.

11072 W. Highway 180 – American Mobile Home Park
Caller can hear a tenant and visitor yelling. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay/verbal only.

Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised the driver who helps a female in a wheelchair has not had contact with the female when they went to her house/she is not answering the phone/she sounded very bad when they spoke to her last week. Deputy advised as soon as one of his guys clears up will send them.

Harassment
Palomino Trail – Upper Mimbres
Caller told deputy that her neighbor is harassing her and sending her messages and yelling at her.

Game and Fish
Cow Trail and Arenas Valley roads
Deer that was hit/is injured and still partially in the roadway. Deputy checked around the area and had negative contact with the deer.

Harassment
Highway 15 – Grant County
Caller advised a named male was following her in a truck as she was walking her dog/he made her feel uncomfortable/wants to speak with a deputy.

Welfare check
Highway 35 and Turn Here Road
Male is yelling at a female/will be a doublewide trailer.

Weapons fired
Palomino Trail – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she heard about 25 shots coming from the area a named male lives in. Second caller from Chamisa (Street?)advised she heard at least 12 shots coming from across the highway. Third caller from Appaloosa (Street?) advised shots that were fired went directly over their residence.
