Caller advising she just found her husband deceased/he is cold to the touch/he has been sick for the past 10 days. Deputy advised to send OMI/OMI en route.

Caller advised a male is breaking into this residence which belongs to caller's sister-in-law/has the male under his 9mm at this time/he is 50 feet from the front door/male just went back into the house/male said he was from El Paso/caller is yelling at the male/shot was fired/male is trying to leave/male is wearing just underwear.

Criminal sexual penetration
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised her 15-year-old daughter is missing/last seen yesterday at Food Basket/caller's sister gave daughter a ride to a trailer on Canal/she was left with (redacted x 2).

Criminal trespass warning
Elias Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised (redacted x 2) and their children are living in her father's vacant home and caller wants them all removed and trespassed from the home/they have been living there for the past 3-4 weeks/home is not fit to be occupied. Deputy made contact advising this is a civil issue.

Unwanted subject
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Advised a named male is outside the home trying to get inside/he did live there but they broke up and he is not supposed to be there/he got into her vehicle and popped the hood/he left driving toward Highway 152/she no longer needs anyone to respond since he is not there. Deputy advised going to call caller.

Spring Creek Road
Caller advised she and her girlfriend are fighting and both drinking and then hung up the phone. Caller called back on admin line advising she just left the residence so there aren't any more issues. Deputy calling caller/went to residence/made contact with one party.

W. Highway 180 @ iron bridge
Brown Ford pickup parked on the side of the road with a female in the bed covered with a blanket/there were spots of red in her hair resembling blood/when caller tried to get her attention she didn't respond/a male was in the passenger side of the pickup. Deputy advised everything is okay.

1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90
Vehicle vs deer.

Criminal trespass warning
Coleman Drive
Caller advised (redacted) has been coming on her property causing issues/would like a CTW issued/subject is not on scene. Deputy advised to put out ATL for subject/clear.

Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised a male is threatening to shoot him and disconnected the line/advised if someone doesn't respond the county will have a murder on their hands/male always sees the deputies from the roadway and will hide.

Domestic disturbance
Bill Evans Lake
Caller advised a couple has been fighting for about two hours at the lake/they then left/female got out of the vehicle/male was yelling at her to get in/she got back in. Deputy made contact at traffic stop about two miles in.

Caller advised her ex took her 1-month-old daughter and left in a black Ford F250 about 10 minutes ago/he hit her and twisted her arm and held her down on the ground/he has no parental rights to the child.

Caller advised fraudulent activity on his account in the amount of approximately $1,500/bank will not refund full amount. Deputy had negative contact/unable to leave voicemail/clear.

Caller called back advising (redacted) is back at the edge of her property/needs a CTW issued. Deputy issued (redacted) an indefinite CTW for this address/will stay in area for a bit/subject is still in the area but not on the property/clear.

Caller advised she was talking on the phone with a cousin when the cousin started talking to a male and then said she had to go and disconnected the line/she is now not answering. Caller called back advising his sister called back and said everything was okay/cancel police.

Ocotillo Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller believes someone broke into her vehicle/she noticed the hood was up/plastic torn off and windows were down.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Two subjects are fighting outside this residence/male does have a warrant. Deputy made contact with a female who advised she was the only one there and she was the one screaming.

Wednesday, May 17

Criminal damage to property
Mineral Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised someone just threw a rock through his window. Deputy advised to see if NMSP can handle this call/NMSP advised both units are busy assisting GCSO/will have to pend call until can get confirmed ETA from Bayard PD.

Disturbance
Prescott Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised it is a male and female and the fighting is bad. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Missing persons
Gila Hot Springs
Male last seen Sunday. Deputy advised male was located at the Upper Scorpion Campground/he is okay and is going to get hold of caller this evening or tomorrow.

Fraud/embezzlement
N. Franey Street – Bayard
Caller advised she received a call on May 17 from someone who claimed to be her grandson that had been in an accident and needed money. Caller then received a call from a person claiming to be an attorney saying she needed caller to send $6,500 in an envelope to help her grandson out. This is a scam.

W. Maginn Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised a named male is in his home and he does not want him there. Deputy issued the male an indefinite CTW for the address/made contact with caller who advised she did not want her grandson on the property anymore due to him acting out of . . .

Aguila Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised her house was broken into/the doors and windows are broken/"he" is still outside/she has been having issues with the neighbors. Caller was actively arguing with the subjects she believes did . . .

Caller advised his son-in-law is in front of his home causing problems/son-in-law is not on caller's property just yelling at them. Deputy issued the male a CTW for the location.

Caller advised his nephew has not been going to school and he hasn't heard from his brother.

A 14-year-old male with homicidal ideations advised he was going to shoot caller and slit his mother's throat. Deputies advised juvie is willing to go to GRMC/mom will be following/one juvie in unit.

11072 W. Highway 180 – American Mobile Home Park
Deputies advised need fluent Spanish-speaking officer/get wrecker on rotation/one flat tire on rim.

Battery
Rosewood Circle
Caller advised he was assaulted by his boss/caller is stating he came from Mexico and Tucson. Deputy requested EMS for 24-year-old male with small cuts and bruising/one male in unit en route to GCSO/clear.

Will be speaking to (redacted) in reference to rape allegations.

Assault
Santa Clara
Advised (redacted) was assaulted in Santa Clara yesterday/caller lives in Deming.

Someone stole a sliding door from his property. Deputy was advised.

Someone up the street is stealing power from her property. Deputy out speaking to neighbor/neighbors removed extension cord/tried contacting caller x 2/negative contact.

Caller advised a named female is going crazy/she is scaring her son/she is screaming, busting doors, and her vehicle/she has been drinking hard liquor since this morning.

Male standing on side of road. Deputy had negative contact.
