Caller advised her employee just called her advising she could hear fighting in the background. Officer out with 43-year-old Nathan Stevens/issued Stevens a CTW.

Caller advised her son is going crazy in the parking lot/he is throwing things at people. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/had contact with caller.

A named male hit a staff member/security is standing by.

The male who has been breaking into the press box and harassing athletes headed up the hill. Officer out with the male at Walgreen's.

Caller advised a female ran the stop sign and hit them/caller is in a green Highlander/other driver is a Nissan Altima/vehicles in roadway.

2289 Superior
Male punched another male/male is now threatening caller/leaving in a black 2020 Kia. GCSO deputy had contact with vehicle at Highway 180 and Alamo. Officer requesting CTW for Wendy's for Juan Hall.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Advised a named female is in his tent/she kicked him in the genitals/she also has a hatchet/male hit female with a flashlight/caller going to walk to the road. Officer advised both male and female clear in CAD.

Missing persons
Penny Park – 9:37 p.m.
Advised her 13-year-old daughter was dropped off at Penny Park at 5 p.m. and now cell phone is dead and unable to locate her. While on the phone caller advised she located her daughter.

610 N. Silver Street -- SOS
Caller advised of a physical altercation outside the building/one party was injured and refusing medical attention/both parties are back outside.

Caller advised a blue vehicle has been parked there overnight. Officer made contact with a named male who was advised he was parked on the public roadway/gave him a few hours to get it moved/if he does not it will be towed.

66-year-old bipolar female/has had a tendency to go AWOL in the past. Officer advised negative on a missing person/will be en route to El Refugio to relay information.

Breaking and entering
E. 6th Street
In progress. Caller advised a female just broke into her residence and is now attempting to break into cabin/son is with her/caller is yelling at female. Caller advised she has a knife with her/was advised to put it down when LE arrives.

Caller is being threatened by stepdaughter. Officer spoke with caller.

Caller advised a male is asleep next to the Billy the Kid cabin/would like a CTW issued. Officer issued 42-year-old Patrick Reynoso the CTW for the location.

Caller advised her boyfriend just put his hands on her and bit her ear/she is pregnant with boyfriend's twins/male left toward the ditch. Officer has contact with caller and a named male.

A male is living in the basement. Officers advised units clear/owner will have someone build up the door.

Walk-in would like a DVO issued to a named male. Officer advised left prior to arrival.

Caller advised a male is sitting on the benches on the west side of the building saying awful things to people/would like a CTW issued. Officer issued CTW to Demetrius Mendez/he left upon request.

Caller advised a female customer is refusing to leave. Officer issued an indefinite CTW to 69-year-old Brenda Callahan for the Super Snappy.

Advised a male is lying in the playground and scaring the kids. Officer out with male/he left upon request.

20-year-old son is acting erratic/he is in the house breaking things and throwing items around. Officer advised everything is okay at the residence/James Logan in custody for a warrant.

Caller advised a named male is calling her and threatening her/he is not at the Drifter. Officer left voicemail for caller.

Red van/female falling asleep/slumped over holding the brake at Pump #1. Officer out with a named female.

Caller advised he is being harassed by a female who is not wearing a shirt. Officer made contact with a named female.

Caller has not been able to get hold of his father for about three hours now/no one is answering at the front desk.

Advised a female knocked on her door stating she is a neighbor and the female was bleeding from the head/caller cannot apply pressure to the wound. 44-year-old female/she does not remember what happened/bleeding from above the right eye.

A named male is being verbal and belligerent and refusing to leave/negative on CTW/just want him to leave.

Male is drunk and crying across from the Co-op. Officer out with the male.

Caller does not want a male issued a CTW/just wants him to not to hang around location. Officer advised male left property. Caller called back advising male is back sitting on the chairs in front/wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised out with male at 6th and Bullard.

Female in sleeping bag/wants them to leave/no CTW.

Male sleeping on half-wall on 8th Street/been there for an hour now/he stumbled out of the library and went to the wall. Officer had negative contact.

Male and female/they are almost in the road/only verbal. Officer made contact with male who advised all verbal/negative contact with female.

Male lying on 12th Street sidewalk. Officer advised Michael White has a CTW issued 6-19-23/everything is okay.

216 N. Hudson Street
A named male is harassing caller/has been yelling at caller. Officer issued 61-year-old Javier Ramos an indefinite CTW.

Stolen motor vehicle
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised his vehicle has been taken from the parking lot along with his phone/believes a named male took it. Officer dropped caller off at 12th Street Snappy.

Customer is upset because store cannot give him a refund/he is threatening the employees/it is escalating now. Officer issued Dennis Baker a CTW.

Forklift parked by the drive-thru ATM. Officer advised forklift is being used to move the ATM.

1810 N. Swan Street
Caller advised she was hit two days ago by an unknown subject/advised she was transported by ambulance and has a black eye and wants to file a report/she is staying at the Drifter. Officer advised out at Super Snappy to get video footage.

Male in an apartment is screaming and crying and scaring everyone. Officer advised 44-year-old male with joint pain/refused transport.

E. Pine Street
39-year-old son has a stab wound/has a history of mental illness/is being combative/line is open. Officer requested ambulance for one male with bleeding from chin area and another male with laceration to left hand. R1 cancelled due to no patient contact. Officer advised one male in protective custody en route to GRMC.

Advised a female is trying to take a 2-week-old infant/he asked her to leave and she did/walked out of the house. Officer advised en route to a nearby address to try and make . . .

Caller called back advising music was turned off/does not need LE response.

A named female is trying to fight with her mother/has not gotten physical. Officers made contact with Vanessa Martinez at Hudson and College and she was issued an indefinite CTW for address/everything is okay.

Caller advised a named male threatened him as he was passing by caller's residence/male was on foot headed west on 12rh Street and carrying something in his hands. Officer advised out with the male.

There is a male inside the apartment screaming like he is in pain. Officer spoke to someone/advising it may have been the TV.

Father of her child showed up trying to talk to her/she believes he is stalking her. Officer advised to put out ATL for tan Chevy Colorado/stop and hold.

Caller believes a father in another apartment is hitting his 16-year-old son. Officers request ambulance for a 44-year-old male stating he cannot move his legs/male transferred to the hospital/male was the only one inside the apartment.

Caller did not want SCPD's help/was going to call NMSP. Second caller advised the neighbors are in the roadway yelling at each other/it has been going on for about 30 minutes/someone is spotlighting the residence.

Caller advised that a named female and another female are arguing at this address/both left walking toward Bennett Street and Broadway. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised unknown subject sleeping on west side of the building/would not like CTW issued/just removed from property. Officer advised both named males left.

Caller advised her mother-in-law is leaving voicemails and texts that she isn't afraid to die. Officer advised the mother-in-law is refusing to open her door.

Male in the alley with a cane/male has left/no need for LE. Caller called back advising male came back and is defecating in the alley/now headed towrd foot bridge. Officers spoke to caller/negative on a CTW at this time.

Caller advised a female is curled up on the side of the nail salon with a blanket over her head/not responding to caller. Officer advised out with the female/she is leaving.

A female just took three Shooters from behind counter then went outside, drank them, and is now back inside. Officer advised out with Andrea Hernandez/negative on a CTW for this location/female in custody.

Caller advised a male is lying in the shade on the concrete and doesn't look too well. Officer out with the male/everything is okay.

A named male grabbed an item and hasn't concealed it at this time/he was issued a CTW in March of this year/he is now walking out the grocery side/they were able to stop him.

Caller advised her 4-year-old son was talking to her and sounded sad and that his father was spanking him. Officer made contact with father who stated he and the child's mother are in a custody battle and she calls for welfare checks on him several times a day/spoke with child and he appeared in good spirits and was eating . . .

Male was spray-painting on the wall of the carwash. Officer out with NMSP.

Caller advised the neighbor's door has been open all day/no sound coming from the apartment. Officer made contact with neighbor who left door open for air/everything is okay.

Officer advised to send another unit. Officers have Monica Herrera and Marissa Salaiz in custody.
