Male collapsed in front of building/doesn't look well and is flopping around. Officer advised to cancel EMS1 and R2/male is up and walking and does not want to be treated.

Caller advised her 83-year-old father possibly has dementia/he has increased paranoia over an event which didn't happen/caller doesn't know how to calm him down and needs assistance. Officer advised caller she needed to take him to a doctor because it is a medical issue.

A named male who was passed out on the sidewalk just walked into the store. Officer issued Michael Martinez an indefinite CTW.

Caller advised a 4-year-old female in a greenish and gold car began to cry when they asked her if she was okay/windows are down and back window is broken/car is closer to the building/caller still outside with vehicle.

2148 E. Highway 180
Advised a female is inside the restroom and changed her clothes in the restroom and threw away her old clothes. Officer advised female did not have store clothes on/just had a pair of sandals which cost $1. Caller stated he would pay for the sandals but wanted the female issued a CTW/Officer issued Vanessa Torrez an indefinite CTW to Family Dollar.

Male is soliciting in the parking lot/caller told him to leave but he is continuing to panhandle. Caller wants male identified and a CTW.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
A named male is possibly drunk, causing problems, and refusing to leave. Officer advised made contact with 42-year-old Patrick Reynoso who was not cooperating with shelter staff/he was not understandable when speaking/he had severe slurred speech. Officer requested ambulance/male very intoxicated/one male in protective custody in ambulance en route to GRMC/officer following.

100 N. Rosedale Road
Male stole some liquor. Officer spoke with caller and store manager.

Can hear male yelling in background/caller keeps stating she is scared that there is a serial killer in Silver City/caller now stating she is just having bad memories from the past/male is there just to check under her bed and her house because she is afraid a serial killer is there. Officer made contact/everything is okay.

Caller advised she can hear a lot of yelling from a residence/female is trying to leave and male won't let her. Officer made contact with a named female and a named male/everything is okay.

A named male showed up drunk and is being verbally abusive toward caller. Officer requested ambulance for 20-year-old male with multiple injuries/advising he was jumped earlier/negative on lights and sirens.

Subject lying in front of ER doors/want him removed per security. Officer ID'd male.

Virginia Street
A named 60-year-old female hasn't been heard from in a week/she's not answering her door/she took all her animals to her ex-boyfriend a week ago/her vehicle is at the house/she has been depressed. Caller is waiting on foot.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
A named male is sitting at the grocery door. Officer has 60-year-old Irvan Raton in custody/he was released on a CTA.

Disturbance
1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Caller's neighbor is harassing her. Other party is at GCSO and headed back to the apartments. Officer ran three named females/all had valid driver's licenses and were clear of warrants.

Male is saying to a named female, "Please give me my keys."/line disconnected/negative contact upon callback.

2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Caller advised her 14-year-old daughter is being threatened by girls over 18-years-old/they are threatening to kill her and shoot their apartment. Officer advised caller to block incoming numbers.

1901 N. Silver Street – Western Palms Trailer Park
Advised she just found out the father of her children was having the 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son take off their clothes and stated to them, "This is sex."/the father is in jail.

1000 7th Street – Reef Apartments
Neighbor is yelling, screaming, throwing things around/history of mental illness/is inside the home. Officer out with named male/he is okay. Caller called back advising male is now outside yelling out weird things and cussing. Officer made contact advising male is going to try to keep it down while he waits for his dad to pick him up.

Breaking and entering
N. Silver Street
Caller advised a neighbor called her advising someone was inside her home last night/caller sent daughter to address and she found a backpack with mail inside it in the bedroom. Officer had negative contact.

Harassment
Little Walnut Road
Caller requests a phone call in reference to an incident involving his sister at this address.

Unwanted subject
800 S. Robert Street – El Refugio
A named female is outside/when she was told there wasn't any room for her, she started yelling and cussing /then she went under the gate and is now at the back door saying someone is trying to kill her. Officer advised Ashley Abreu was last issued an indefinite CTW on July 20, 2023/clear/female left upon request.
