14-year-old female having suicidal ideations with a plan to take a lot of pills and cut herself/she has a history of cutting/juvie stated her mother and grandmother got into an altercation over the weekend and her younger brother was taken out of the home. Deputy requested ambulance for 14-year-old female with suicidal ideations.

Caller from Fowler Brothers advised to equipment on property. Deputy set up frequent patrol nights.

Mimbres Transfer Station
Someone put shaving cream all over the building/many bags of trash are spread all over.

70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Subject is trespassing. Deputy advised subject is not on property.

Harassment
Little Walnut Road
Caller is a mail carrier/male at this address was flipping her off. Deputy made contact with caller who requested frequent patrol while she does her route.

Unwanted subject
Tiger Lode
Caller is out of town/believes a named male is in her home/he drives a silver car. Deputy advised caller this is a civil matter.

Dragonfly Trailhead
Deputy advised music was not loud.

Caller advised that LE was looking for him and said that he wants the "lawboy that is corrupt" to speak to him at his grandmother's house/was very angry and cursing then disconnected the line. Deputy made contact and will be issuing caller a CTW for a Lamina Loop address.

Caller advised she was told subject has a warrant. Deputy confirmed warrant for aggravated burglary out of Judge Garwood/hold without bond.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Little Walnut Road
Advised a male threw a rock at his vehicle/damaged the right side quarter panel.

Criminal damage to property
Ponderosa Street – Sunrise Estates
Caller advised continued harassment and they kicked and damaged air conditioner. Deputy advised clear.

Welfare check
Tabor Drive
Caller advised his wife passed away yesterday/afraid his stepdaughter would kill him/she has previously been in prison/believes she killed her uncle/she left in a vehicle yesterday and took his credit card.

Domestic disturbance
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Caller advised patient at GRMC advised someone assaulted her/she tried to leave home and boyfriend grabbed arm and slammed her against the wall and refused to let her leave/provider is in with her.

Welfare check
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
7-year-old. Checking on amount of food in the home/statements were made of being suicidal/possible drug use in the home. Deputy had contact at the residence/advised SCI of findings.

Unwanted subject
Aspen Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised two named subjects are refusing to leave/they are inside the residence/wants them removed as soon as possible. Deputy advised they were inside their property not caller's/spoke with caller.

Elderly woman carrying a bag walking in front of Baca's. Deputy had negative contact.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised she was threatened by a named subject at 10:50 this morning. Deputy spoke to caller and she advised her grandson had told some children at his school he was going to bring a gun to school to show it off/school personnel tried to get hold of his mother but could not get in . . .

Inmate assaulted a guard.

Mail boxes stolen. Caller already made report to postmaster.

Harassment
Yellow Arrow Lane
Caller advised her boyfriend is being harassed by a neighbor.

Unwanted subject
Chamisa Road – Lower Mimbres
A named female is at the residence refusing to leave/she is in the backyard/wants her issued a CTW. Deputy had negative contact/put out ATL/if contact stop and issue CTW.

Breaking and entering
S. Highway 90 – Tyrone
Caller advised her door is open and the lights are on inside the kitchen/she was burglarized in April/she is outside with the children. Deputy advised to clear air for emergency.
