Caller advised a named male is in a white Ford Bronco around the corner. Everything is okay/it's been happening for years.

Homeless male just hanging out/he is by the HMS Clinic. Contact with the male/he stated he was waiting for his family at HMS/officer contact caller to confirm that info.

(Redacted) is causing problems this morning and left the water running all night last night/they are arguing right now/phone was disconnected. Officer advised (redacted) is leaving for today/arrangements have been made for other party to go to El Refugio.

Diamond Street
A named male is in her home causing issues and she doesn't want him there/wants him issued a CTW. The named male has been issued the CTW for the address/one in unit en route to a 12th Street address in Silver City.

301 N. Railroad Street – 12:52 a.m.
Advised a female is inside and refusing to leave. Female issued CTW for address/en route with female in unit to SOS.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
900 Central Avenue – Cobre School Administration
Caller advised a female just walked past and threw a rock at a vehicle denting truck/she was walking up Poplar Street. Officer has female in investigative detention/owner of vehicle did not want to press charges/clear.

Battery
301 N. Railroad Street – 3:25 p.m.
Caller advised a named male just came by and started hitting him/caller managed to get away/male should have a CTW to property/left in a blue Honda/refusing medical. Officer made aware.

801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Contact with (redacted)/he has a CTW to all W&N Enterprises. Officer advised he was issued a CTW for Blake's Lotaburger.

Harassment
Guinevan Street
Father of her children is making threats to show up at her house/believes he is intoxicated. Officer advised clear from residence/en route to a C Street address in Hurley.

Welfare check
North Street
50-year-old female sweating profusely/had tooth extracted and has a UTI. During call caller advised "Never mind, I don't need it" and disconnected line. Officer spoke with caller who advised she is okay and doesn't want an ambulance.

Male wearing all black lying in the roadway. Had contact with juvie male/everything is okay.

Poplar Street
Caller can hear his neighbor across the street yelling that he wants to "blow his brains out"/male walked back inside. Officer advised the male is inside the residence threatening suicide. NMSP officer advised male is agitated and moving unit . . .

Caller advised she is not letting him talk to his 6-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. Deputy made contact /everything is okay.

A named male was in her backyard/he has a CTW/is no longer there/believes he might be stealing her power again. Deputy spoke to caller who wants the CTW re-issued/negative contact with male/put out ATL to issue CTW when located/set up frequent patrol for next month.

Monte Vista Street – North Hurley
Caller from Denver, Colorado advised sister may not be able to get out of the house to get her groceries. Deputy advised female is okay/made contact with caller.

A named male is causing problems/he was yelling at caller. Deputy advised negative contact with male/he has a CTW issued Aug. 8 by Santa Clara PD/re-issue CTW.

Harassment
Prescott Street
Advised she is getting threats by text and doesn't know who is making the threats. Officer advised clear.

Domestic disturbance
Boulder Street
A named male tried to hit her mother/he is inside the shed at this time/grandmother showed up to remove the male.
