Male very hard to understand/possibly saying someone is in his home/he keeps rambling/not listening to what is being asked.

Highway 15 and Wendy Road
Someone from the utility department advised someone shot at the W Mountain water tank and it is leaking.

Disturbance
11072 W. Highway 180 – American Mobile Home Trailer Park
A couple in the ditch are yelling/female is saying don't hurt me and to get off her. Caller called back advising the female walked back into the ditch and the male is in a grey sedan and is the manager of the park.

Welfare check
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised his neighbor has PTSD and is having an episode and is freaking out/he is cursing at an imaginary person/he usually fires off a gun. Dispatch can hear him yelling. Deputy advised male has calmed down for the day/units clear.

Breaking and entering
Cleveland Mine Road
Caller advised the lock was pried open/a cleaning crew is there now but will leave until LE gets there/house is for sale.

Fight
Partridge Drive
Subjects leaving in a white Lincoln and a grey Jeep Cherokee. Deputy advised negative contact/clear.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Aggravated burglary
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised someone broke into his ex-wife's house/she is out of the country/they loaded a vehicle that was on the property with items from the house including food but couldn't get the vehicle started/a few guns are missing/they broke in through the back door.

Criminal damage to property
Welsh Street – Arenas Valley
Dangerous tampering with a meter. Deputy advised after speaking with caller, he took the officer to the house where the tampering occurred/the officer observed two knives placed in the electric meter to complete the circuit/knocked on the door several times but no one answered the door or the phone. Caller advised additional PNM workers were on the way.

Domestic disturbance
11072 W. Highway 180 – AMHTP
A named subject is in the ER/wants to speak with deputy reference a battery. Deputy had negative contact.

Battery
Green Valley Drive – Arenas Valley
Walk-in advised a family member slapped their 7-year-old female child.

Welfare check
N. Hurley Road @ Penjamo Bar
Female walking with an infant in her arms/walking in and out of the lane of traffic. Deputy advised ATL with negative contact.

Weapons fired
Cortez Avenue
Advised heard one shot. Deputy advised spoke with mine security and they did see a firework go off near the post office.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

Accident-property damage
S. Highway 90 – C Bar Ranch Road
Caller advised he hit a deer and his vehicle will probably have to be towed. Deputy advised send next wrecker on rotation for vehicle.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advising his mother keeps calling him non-stop and being demeaning toward him/he would like to press charges. Deputy advised caller refused to take action.

Harassment
Chukar Drive
Caller advised her children's father just came over, said some choice words to her, and left. Deputy advised caller was upset because her ex-boyfriend keeps showing up to her house uninvited/does not want a CTW at this time.

Domestic disturbance
North Street
Wants a named subject to leave/he "poked her fat" and started throwing things/nothing physical.

Stolen motor vehicle
Jasper Drive
Flatbed trailer 27' long.

11820 Highway 180
Female at Pump 2 in a red van is passed out/head on steering wheel. Deputy made contact advising female stated she is tired from moving out of her boyfriend's house.

Tabor Drive
22-year-old male who is very thin and diabetic/no electricity in home/it is at the very end of the road back in the hills/very rough road. Deputy spoke to male/he is okay.

Bornite Street – Tyrone
Was speaking to daughter who was very distraught and then the line went dead/caller has tried to contact her but she will not pick up/she has MS and is disabled.

Peeler Street and Arenas Valley Road
Male is yelling. Deputy has contact with male/he is having issues with his neighbor's dogs/they come and take his food.

11072 W. Highway 180 – AMHTP
Caller from Mesilla Valley Psych Unit stated a named male was feeling depressed and suicidal. Deputy trying to make contact/address given might be incorrect.

A named female is screaming. Deputy made contact advising female said she is just having a bad day and she'd be quiet.

An older male in the parking lot looks confused/he is by the horse corrals. Caller called back advising someone picked him up.

Caller from Harrison Schmitt School advised a 10 or 11-year-old 5th grader wrote a letter to a friend stating she was in a bad mental state and family situation. Caller did notify mother.

Criminal sexual contact
Pinon Drive
Caller calling on behalf of a named male who reported his 13-year-old daughter has been having a sexual relationship with his cousin's husband who has been residing on their property. Caller is not on scene. Caller advised the cousin's husband is on scene and . . .

Domestic disturbance
Double E Ranch Road – Gila
Can hear female yelling "Stop." Deputy advised clear.

Vehicle burglary
S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Caller advised her vehicle was broken into and radio, amps, and speakers were taken, along with other belongings.

Welfare check
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her two grandsons are with their mother who was reported as homeless, going from house to house, and under the influence of drugs and alcohol/believes they are staying with an aunt. Deputy advised went all the way down and ATL'd/reached 82/looks like . . .
