Was broken into last night/several things missing/windows were broken.

A named male isn’t wanted there/he keeps tearing up the trash bins and making a mess. Officer has one in custody.

1235 E. Highway 180
Service truck which belongs to a customer was broken into.

Highway 180 – MM 112 (between Oakwood Estates and Highway 90 junction)
Caller saw three children walking toward Silver City/about 6, 8, and 10-years-old. Have contact near Western Hills/they are all teenagers/taking them to Skate Park.

3115 Leslie Road
Caller advised someone hacked into the business account and wrote checks/attempted to cash a $46,000 check last week. Officer will meet with caller.

Highway 15 and E. 32nd Street
Mustang did a donut in front of a person on a bicycle/Mustang headed south and turned in by J&S Plumbing. Traffic with vehicle south of J&S Plumbing.

Larceny
33rd Street
Caller advised she had garage sale and noticed some items were taken from her residence/advised a lot of silver and crystal items were taken. Officer ran three driver’s licenses.

Penny Park – 4:53 p.m.
Caller heard people yelling and caller’s kids said they saw a gun/someone said “Get into the car” (black Honda CRV)/people were arguing in the road/vehicle left. Officer had contact with a named male.

Advised a female in the vehicle hit a tree/her face is bleeding/the vehicle rolled over/it is upside down smashed into a tree. Caller called back advising female is intoxicated ands telling her daughter to say she was driving before LE arrives/she is trying to make daughter “Get her story straight.” Native 32 is not available/out of service.

1901 N. Silver Street – Western Palms Trailer Park
Caller witnessed a male break a window on a trailer/another lady took a picture of him. Officer ran two males and two females.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male is outside yelling and talking to himself/advising he does have a CTW. Officer advised re-issued the CTW and male is walking off the property.

Caller advised her boyfriend’s friend just texted him advising of suicidal ideations. Text advised, “I m going to slit my wrists and take a nice warm bath. At least Jesus never leaves me.” Officer advised of call.

Caller advised a named female is possibly in her home/caller is sick and cannot get out of bed/is home alone. Officer advised all windows and doors are locked and secured/was told a hidden key is on the porch/negative on a key.

Man with basket needs to go. Officer advised male moved along/everything is okay.

Caller is a neighbor of a named male/a woman caller doesn’t recognize is going through the male neighbor’s things. Officer had contact with the woman/everything is okay.

Harassment
1307 N. Swan Street – SPIN (Support People In Need)
Caller advised he was threatened by a named male. Officer made contact with caller at SCPD.

Criminal trespass warning
117 W. Market Street
Caller advised that a named male was inside the shop/he was asked to leave and he left, but he keeps walking up and down the street in front of the building. Officer was advised that Caleb Gary was issued a CTW in August of 2023/caller was told subject needed to be in the building for them to do anything about it.

People sleeping in cars at the trailer park/they are not residents. Officer asked them to move/everything is okay/clear.

2045 E. Highway 180
Busted out Chevy driving erratically/Nicholas Maldonado has a suspended license and an active warrant out of NMSP in Deming/warrant has been confirmed by NMSP/they will extradite.

On the south side near the parking lot. Have the male move along/negative on a CTW. Officer asked him to leave and he did.

Caller from school advised parents have been notified/a named male is expressing suicidal ideation/school therapist is requesting LE as per their guidelines. Parents and student both wanted to get a mental evaluation immediately and said they were heading there.

Suspicious vehicle
1302 E. 32nd Street – 1:49 p.m.
No one in vehicle/has been parked there since this morning. Officer advised vehicle belongs to a travel nurse/made contact with owner who was not sure where to park.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 and Ranch Club Road
Both vehicles pulled into All Glass/white Ford F150 and older tan Mercury car/negative on any injuries.

W. 13th Street
Caller advised someone was in his house while he went to the laundry for about 30-40 minutes.

Advised she can see a light shining at a named male’s house/it looks like an “SOS light.” Officer out with the male/clear.

Criminal damage to property
915 Silver Heights Blvd. – 5:32 a.m.
Caller advised someone just shattered the window to the front door/does not see anyone outside/caller was in the back of the store doing paperwork when he heard a loud “explosion.”

Advised that two people are sitting on a bench in front of the building/one male and one female/smoking marijuana. Out with John Elizalde/re-issued him a CTW for the Visitor Center.

Caller advised his mother will not leave/she is yelling at caller. Officer issued Eric Hernandez a CTW for an apartment at Silver Cliff Apartments and issued an indefinite CTW to Bobbie Pulliam for the location.

Irate customer throwing things in the parking lot/he is yelling and opening car doors/he is saying something about a missing bag/he appears intoxicated. Officer issued Eugene Lynn an indefinite CTW for Dollar Tree/made contact with Dollar Tree employee.

Caller advised multiple subjects are arguing in front of her residence/alcohol and children are involved/verbal only. Subjects left prior to arrival.

Caller advised she is out of town and her 17-year-old daughter called advising she can hear people downstairs/property is a duplex/neighbors moved out about a week ago/no one should be on the property. Officer had negative contact with anyone.

15th Street
Advised a named male is playing his music loudly and advised there is some type of screaming there. Officer advised it was turned down when officer arrived on scene. Caller called back advising the music is even louder and Caleb is now ranting and raving. Officers had contact with caller. Male turned down the music/he was advised if they return he will be facing charges/back at Caleb’s apartment/he turned it back up when walking . . .

Caller advised someone is camping/someone from her company will meet deputy by the gate.

Weapons fired

Caller heard about five shots then another round of five. Second caller advised she heard six shots and two shots after. Officer advised heard them while dealing with call on 15th Street. Third caller didn’t see anyone or any vehicles. Out at a N. Corbin Street address out with a named male/he just arrived home for lunch and doesn’t know what is going on.

A named male is on the property/he has been told multiple times he can’t be on the property, and he keeps coming back. Officer advised the male left the area without further contact.

Battery
3025 E. Highway 180
A named male just punched an 18-year-old employee twice in the parking lot. Caller is a witness and the employee wants to file charges/the male left in a Toyota Camry headed toward Arenas Valley/medical was refused. Male wants to speak with an officer advising he was involved in a road incident on Highway 180 and wants to provide his side of what happened.

Male on a bike and a female yelling at each other. Officer advised clear/other party left prior to arrival.

Male in a white truck with a dump trailer chasing a white Hyundai Elantra/male in the Elantra has a hunting rifle/male in the Elantra was possibly trying to steal the weedeater from the other man/caller witnessed the whole incident. Second caller advised he was being chased by a vehicle when he went to confront a named male . . .

Caller advised a male keeps going between Sonic and Blake’s yelling at people and screaming at customers/wants him issued a CTW if contacted. Dispatch can hear the male yelling in the background.

Female standing outside the store was causing issues/no longer is/want her to leave/negative on CTW. While on the phone caller advised female was leaving/does not need anyone to respond.

A named female and a named male are at caller’s house harassing caller’s granddaughter/they are now at the corner of 14th and Gold walking away/wants them issued from her property/all are juveniles.

Large white diesel pickup was driving at a high rate of speed going in and out of traffic. Officer made contact/everything is okay.
