A named female is in the restaurant and has a CTW/she is sitting at the entrance screaming and yelling/they have asked her to leave and she is refusing. Officer re-issued the CTW to Ashley Abreu.

Officer advised subjects were sleeping in vehicle/will be leaving shortly/clear.

204 E. Broadway
Mi Mejico Viejo – broke the back window and outside light/stole a "bunch of sodas." Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Unattended death
N. F Street
81-year-old male passed in his sleep/he was complaining of chest pain last night. Took his meds and said he felt better. Didn't allow his daughter to take him to the hospital last night. Officer advised OMI is en route.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Burglary
520 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised someone broke in through the back door/lock was broken off. Officer ran two females and one male/out with two males and one male.

Criminal damage to property
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised someone broke the front door/caller hasn't gone inside the building yet/the alarm hasn't gone off either.

Burglary
601 S. Bullard Street
The Mint Chip/access gained through a window and all cash taken.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Male just ran out with five bottles of liquor/east on 19th Street on foot.

Littering
100 Black Street – District Court
Back parking lot which is city property. Officer advised small camp with a campfire that is still warm/request Fire respond.

Suicide threat
1313 E. 32nd Street
No report.

Gough Park
Caller advised a male threw brass knuckles at caller/they almost hit her child. Officer out with one male and one female.

514 N. Bullard Street

Caller advised his office was broken into and damaged. Officer was advised.

203 S. Mill Road
Advised two vehicles are in the roadway/possible injuries/white Chevy pickup vs red Dodge Dakota. Officer advised Chevy owner requested wrecker due to heavy front end damage and tires smashed in.

Caller advised a named male who drives a blue Honda Civic pulled something out and acted like he was going to hit him/male is a juvi. Officer will call caller/caller requested frequent patrol for next week.

A named male is walking off property now/will call when video is ready.

Advised she is being harassed by her neighbor/she feels very threatened by him/he is constantly yelling at her.

At least four homeless men and one female dancing with alcohol at the front door. Officer advised Frank Gomez and John Elizalde have been issued CTWs -- Gomez in September 2023 and Elizalde in October of 2023/another male did not have a CTW/all clear.

Caller from HMS advised a patient made a threat to the company and walked away. Officer advised caller does not have a name.

Silver Ford F150 vs silver Hyundai Elantra/negative on injuries.

Young female sitting on the ground who was struggling to put clothes on. Officer out with a named female/female left upon request.

A named female keeps calling 911/she is very irate/advised she is going to kill and mutilate her sister's body if she doesn't get a ride. Officer advised caller was upset that nobody was giving her a ride to her residence which is in the county/she went back to her apartment/and was advised she will not be getting a ride.

Caller advised a female got out of a male's vehicle/they were arguing/male kept following female/female told male to leave her alone and took off running. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised he just had an argument with his daughter's mother/she struck him with a chair and a scooter.

Husband with Alzheimer's walked off/neighbor's kids followed him/advised he is at the Hillside Apartments. Officer made contact with male/one male in unit/en route to residence.

A named male took a bottle of Crown and left on foot toward Sonic. Officer will call back when they have video footage.

Officer had contact with a named male and a named female/released female on a CTA.

Caller advising she can hear a female in the ditch yelling "help." Officer was advised/advised to see if NMSP . . .

Caller advised her uncle is hitting her mom and her named female friend/he is hitting them and throwing them around. Officer made contact with a named female who advised nothing physical happened/did not want to speak further.

1609 N. Swan Street
Male passed out near the back entrance/wants him issued a CTW and told to move along. Officer re-issued CTW to Lynn Eddington and he left the property.

Advised a homeless male is on her property/negative on a CTW/just request the male leave the property.

Guest is harassing employees and not complying with rules. Officer advised Benjamin Long took off on foot from LE/he is a missing person out of Skagit County, Washington/contact with Long in front of Domino's/one male in unit en route to station.

Male with shopping cart is in the shade on the side of the building/caller wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised male is walking off on Gold and Silver Heights/made contact with Lynn at the Drifter/CTW was issued for CVS.

Subject has a backpack and a suitcase/he's lying by the dumpster/negative on a CTW/requests male leave. Officer had contact with the male/he left.

Caller is onsite to board up the property/tenant keeps going by and harassing caller/caller needs LE to stand by and keep tenant away.

Caller advised that a named male and a named female are harassing her. Officer advised when clear with search warrant will have officer respond.

Advised she was scammed out of $900/she is at SCPD in front.

Caller advised she usually hears noises from her next door, female neighbor but now she is not hearing any noises. Officer advised made contact with neighbor/she is okay/will follow up with caller.

Caller advised the male is there again between the bank and their property/he has been trespassed twice and they do not know his name.

Five vehicles. Officer advised all vehicles left upon request.

Caller heard a female scream for help in the parking lot but then she went into one of the rooms on the north end/believes it has to do with a custody issue. Officer out with a named female/clear/she had gotten into an argument over the phone/everything is okay.

Customer's bicycle was stolen in the last 10-15 minutes while he was shopping.

Customer is being violent with staff accusing people of taking his merchandise/he is now in Row 8 screaming and yelling/want him issued a CTW. Officer re-issued Eugene Lynn the CTW/he is leaving property.

Caller advised he owns the property/property is condemned/a named male is not there now/caller is not there. Officer advised male is packing up his property and leaving/attempted to call caller/negative contact/did leave voicemail.

Caller advised her husband is being very aggressive/he has dementia/she is very afraid of what he can do/husband is standing in front of caller with a pole/husband is breaking the glass door window. Officers advised have the male in protective custody.

Caller advised a named male is in the area yelling and banging on something with metal very loudly. Officer had negative contact.

Male was throwing rocks at the Snappy Mart/possibly tried to break into the store. Officer requested another unit/male left riding on a bike on Yankie. Officers out with a named male on Swan and 14th/en route back to Hudson Snappy/out at SPIN shelter on Swan.

Caller advised someone is breaking the windows to the trailer behind the red brick house. Officer out on foot.

Reports, no narrative.

Louisiana Street
Caller advised his named male friend was stabbed in the back by a named female/knife is no longer in his back/female is outside. Officers advised stab wound to upper left shoulder and back. EMS10 advised to check status of Native/per native – no flights available.

Family Dollar – Silver Heights Blvd.
Employee coming to work says there is another window broken. Caller called back advising her boss just sent a picture of someone stealing items.

A named male can't keep his pants up/he is possibly drunk. Officer advised the pants are intact and in the upright position/everything is okay.

Caller advised wants to meet with LE in reference to someone posting fake nude pictures of her 15-year-old daughter.

A homeless person is throwing their belongings in their parking lot/wants the person to move along/he is making a mess. Officer made contact with caller who advised the person moved along and picked up their stuff.

Caller alerted her panic alarm/customers left in a white Jeep/they stole from the store last week then they tried to return it today and get money for it.

Caller advised his male neighbor is yelling and saying odd things. Officer advised he did not hear any screaming.

Happened in Arizona/requesting a deputy/mother is with 5-year-old victim.

Male having a mental health episode was standing in the middle of the road jumping up and down. Officer advised everything is okay/advised male to not go near the road.

Female left walking/white car is blocking traffic/male walking toward Watts Hall with two kids. GCSO deputy out with female/she is moving the vehicle.

Officer advised of criminal damage to property several days ago/business doesn't want to report . . .

A named male is in the parking lot asking people for money/washing someone's windows/wants his CTW re-issued/male just got into a white Dodge Challenger and left.

1307 N. Swan Street – SPIN (Support People In Need)
A named male with a wooden staff walked by harassing other males at the location/he is now walking to Food Basket through the ditch. Officers had contact with male at Food Basket.

3514 Fowler Avenue
Believes the nurses there are not real nurses/believes they are doing stuff to him.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Have been having issues with a male who is sitting by Redbox/need him issued a CTW. Officer had negative contact with male.
