Caller advised he was run off the roadway by an older model Chevy longbed/his vehicle, a white Toyota Tacoma, is in the ditch.

Caller advised (redacted) moved a 5th wheel to this property without his permission/it belongs to caller's son/there is damage. Deputy advised out at the RV park and will go back and talk to caller.

Caller advised his wallet was stolen/last place he had it was Wrangler's/there are multiple charges to his cards.

Rio de Arenas Road
Advised that (redacted) is harassing her.

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Customer causing problems. Deputy advised owner requests a named female be issued a CTW to La Tienda/it was issued and she left upon request.

Accident-property damage
Highway 90 – MM 30-35 (near Tyrone Mine turnoff)
Advised she hit a deer/she is in a white Ford Expedition/she is off the roadway.

Disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road – 6:57 p.m.
Caller advised "she " shoved him and "he" shoved her/people are scattered everywhere. Deputy had negative contact with any disturbance/spoke with male who advised he and his partner were arguing but she left the property.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road – 8:54 p.m.
Caller advised subjects in a white lifted truck threw a beer can at her and yelled ugly things at her/her neighbors said they did the same things to them. Just before disconnecting the line dispatch could hear caller advising someone in the background "Go get my gun in case they come back."/attempted to get caller's attention but she disconnected. Deputy advised will be making contact.

Caller advised a named female texted her saying she was afraid of "him."/advising he is "wigging out."/caller believes female is afraid of her son/unknown if things are physical.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised a named male has her sister and is not letting her leave/it has been physical between the two. Caller called back advising her sister called saying the male left and she isn't harmed/going to pick up sister/no need for LE. Deputy had contact with male/will be holding onto vehicle until (redacted) arrives.

Rio de Arenas Road – 4:33 p.m.
Request welcheck on a named female/shared that the parents don't have food or electricity and did make an SCI referral/advised she was told by the student herself before getting on the bus to leave/father doesn't allow the student to talk to adults and may not speak to LE in front of father.

W. Cactus Street – Santa Clara
Caller advising he was scammed for $500/advising someone was threatening his SS if he did not send money.

Deer Trail Place
Caller advised her son who is also her caregiver left to Walmart about an hour ago and has not returned and is not answering his phone/he drives a red pickup. NMSP officer advised he will take call.

Deputy made contact with named male/he is doing good/he does not know where his phone is/will have GCSO 1 call his mom.

Walk-in wants to file report for petty theft.

Stepdaughter can't reach a named 80-year-old male/he hasn't been feeling good/this behavior is unlike him. Caller called back advising she just heard from the male and he is okay.

Highway 180 at Wendy's
Caller advised a body is in the back of a truck headed east on 180. NMSP officer and deputies ATL with negative contact.

McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her neighbor is at her gate and refusing to leave/possibly intoxicated. Deputies made contact with caller/she wants a CTW issued/made contact with female/she is lying in the middle of the road/taking female home to a McKnight Road address/issued her an indefinite CTW.

Highway 180 and Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Eastbound. Female sitting next to the highway. Deputy made contact advising female is on Highway 180 by Morales Road/not bothering anyone/walking.

Caller advised a named male is refusing to leave/she left the house/ on her phone she can see the male inside her house/is requesting to stay on the phone until deputies arrive.

Deputy advised argument was over a chainsaw between father and daughter.

Hurley baseball
Deputy advised male waiting for someone to open the mine gates for him.
