Man appears to be having an episode/he is in his truck staring off into space/he appears unable to communicate/was previously involved in a minor accident in the parking lot of Foxworth-Galbraith/he is now yelling to himself. Officer had contact with caller and driver/request ambulance.

Caller advised a male grabbed a lot of product and ran out toward Wrangler's. Officer made contact with caller.

1313 E. 32md Street
Advised a deer that was hit and injured is off the roadway. Officer advised one shot fired.

Christopher Melendrez was re-issued CTW for Walmart.

Advised a named male keeps leaving and driving onto the property/he has a CTW for the property. Officer advised ATL vehicle with negative contact/out at SOS for follow-up.

A Toyota is parked by the back gate. Advised a named female is eating her lunch.

A named male seems to be wandering around/a few juvis are following him. Second caller advised he is following the male as he knows the male has Alzheimer's.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised a named male is refusing to leave/he is outside the house not causing problems at this time. Officer made contact with caller/male left prior to arrival.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male is sitting next to the dumpster/believes he opened it/would like him removed and a CTW issued. Officer issued Lynn Eddington and Eva Barela each an indefinite CTW/both left property.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

Shoplifting
206 N. Hudson Street
A male just stole a couple of bottles/he went east on Broadway up the hill. Officer advised ATL in the area.

Unwanted subject
1810 N. Swan Street
Male is cursing and yelling at employees/refusing to leave/just walked toward the bus stop/requesting a CTW be issued. Officer made contact with Matthew Fox by Mc Donald's/CTW was re-issued/he stated it was him . . .

Domestic disturbance
Mann Drive
Caller's grandpa tried to choke her sister/he is throwing things at her. Dispatch can hear screaming in the background. Grandpa threw a box at caller/fight started after that.

N. Gold and E. 7th streets
Male lying in the dirt/yelling and cussing and hitting himself. Officer made contact with male who didn't want to tell officer his name/clear.

Stolen motor vehicle
1810 N. Swan Street
Caller advised her cousin took her mother's vehicle/caller stated disregard/cousin was calling her back.

Domestic disturbance
411 Silver Heights Blvd. -- Woman's Club
A named male punched caller on the jaw and earlobe/caller wants to file a restraining order/left side of head and ear is tender and turning red. Officer requested ambulance for 40-year-old female/non-emergency. EMS2 advised clear/patient signed a refusal.

1955 Hilltop Road
A named 34-year-old male going through depressions writing to his mother and sister/recently going through a divorce. Officer put out ATL for the male/upon arrival gate to business was locked and no way of entering/made contact with caller via phone.

2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
A named male is in this apartment/he is not supposed to be there. Officer could hear female screaming east from his location/made contact with tenant/did walk through/everything is okay.

Battery
E. Broadway and N. Gold Street
Caller advised she was just jumped by two females/advised she knows who they are but refused to give their names/refused medical. Officer advised have one female in unit en route to where they can make contact with one of the females involved.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Disturbance
1600 16th Street – MVSA
A named female is yelling and pounding on doors/she got in caller's face and threatened her. Officer advised subject went back to apartment/caller was advised to call back if there are any more issues.

302 N. Bullard Street
Caller says a named male who has a CTW is in front of his business/ Officer advised the male to move along.

Domestic disturbance
111 S. Texas Street
A named male is outside of location/a named female is inside Gospel Mission. Caller advised female wants to file a report of domestic violence. Officer advised to have GCSO deputy contact Daniel Allen and issued him an indefinite CTW for Sierra House and Gospel Mission.

Unattended death
29th Street
Male in his 40s is beyond help and is stiff/he has thrown up on his face and couch/caller advised he was fine yesterday/no use for CPR. Officer advised to call OMI.

A named female wants a CTW on her son. Officer advised to put out an ATL for Toby Williams.

111 S. Texas Street
A named male is harassing caller/he is walking around without a shirt causing problems/he is following his ex-girlfriend and trying to keep her from walking away. Officer ran two males and one female.

Male is lying on the sidewalk.

Paul Place and Kimberly Drive
Advised 4-5 juvies were fighting. Officer on scene advising subjects were play-fighting/everything is okay.

Female in a black hoodie is on the bench screaming and cursing. Officer advised Ashley Abreu in custody/one warrant out of Judge Grijalva's court for FTA on a battery on a household member charge bond to be set.

Caller from Motel 6 advised a female is between the motels lying on the ground. Officer advised the female , Daphne Sue Walton, has two warrants – FTA on a trespass, hold without bond, and FTP a $223 cash bond on a trespass charge.

Advised two people are refusing to leave the building/they did walk outside but caller is still requesting LE respond.

Caller advised the guardian missed the scheduled visit at KISS at 3 p.m. and she is not allowed to contact her child's guardian/she needs to make sure her 5-year-old son is okay. Officer contacted the child's guardian/child is okay.

Andrea Way
Caller received a disturbing call from a named male who she has a protection order with/he left a voicemail.

Domestic disturbance
E. Pine Street
Advised that her ex is threatening to slit her throat/she is trying to pick up her 3-year-old daughter/now advising the mother left with her child in a blue Toyota Camry. Ex is on the phone advising caller is blocking his mom from the driveway so he tried to explain the agreement to her but then she started to get upset and started acting crazy . . . Caller stated she is waiting in her vehicle at the bottom of the driveway.

Caller advised he heard 5-6 shots. Second caller stated she heard 6 shots. Third caller advising he heard 3-4 shots. Officer advised going to make way to Reynolds/ATL in the area of Agave and Sotol.

Thursday, Oct. 26

Criminal damage to property
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male damaged one of the doors to the restroom in the ER/is not causing any issues/damage was caused when he was having a meltdown in the restroom.

Silver High School
Caller advised a student is upset and irate/it is a 15-year-old male/he was involved in a verbal and physical altercation.

Caller advised homeless and vagrants are by the storage units.

Stolen motor vehicle
Bosworth Drive
Advised her vehicle was stolen two months ago/she was able to get the other person's name off the title and now wants to report the vehicle as stolen.

Male throwing rocks in the area. Second caller advised the same. Officer had negative contact.

Tall blonde male running on Highway toward Hatch Ford/he is yelling and throwing rocks/he is out of his mind. Officers had contact with male on Highway 180 across from Iron Works/subject clear.

A named male is sitting on the table outside/caller doesn't want him there/he has a CTW for all of W&N. Subject left upon request.

Officer spoke with caller via phone.

Advised one of the guests is outside yelling and screaming and talking to himself. Officers advise the man does not want to talk and continues screaming and yelling/made contact with management.

Out behind the dirt lot behind Walmart there is an RV that has an open door. Officers will be on foot in the area/vehicle appears to be ransacked.

Male carrying a basketball is going toward the Rec Center/he is yelling and charging at traffic. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised she lost her wallet at Walmart within the last two hours.

A named male has run away again. Officer advised male is in front of a nearby residence/has contact.

1720 E. 32nd Street
Officers have a named male in investigative detention/clearing the building.

A named male is passed out in the parking lot/would like him moved/he is intoxicated and may need medical assistance but can't confirm.

Gough Park
A male is verbally assaulting caller/little kids are there with people. Officer had contact with male who was refusing to talk earlier today/he was advised to leave the park.

Caller advised two subjects who have CTWs are dumpster diving. Officer had negative contact.

Can see someone lying at the corner. Officer out with a named male.

27-year-old male having suicidal and homicidal ideations. EMS and Fire advised to stage at 8th and Swan/caller is with male in the lobby. Officer on line with male who advised he is having problems with the "Gang-banging headquarters"/feels he is just a few days away from "loosing (sp) it"/does not want to hurt himself or anyone else. EMS and Fire clear to go through . . .
