W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised someone left some of their vehicles' parts in the field on her property/there is no damage to the property/wants to report the trespassing. Caller requested frequent patrol for one month.

Fraud/embezzlement
Cottage San Road
Advised that mother was scammed out of $1,000 by phone/her mother went to Walmart and purchased gift cards.

Reckless driver
Highway 61 – MM 12-22 (between Faywood and San Juan)
Little black car keeps making circles around traffic. Second caller stated the same. Older male in black Honda 4dr is pulled over at the fire dep't. now. Third caller has a video.

Welfare check
Iglesia Street – Hanover
Female caller advised she needs someone to talk to/was crying uncontrollably and dispatcher was unable to understand what she was saying/advised she wanted the number for "988" and it is not working. Deputy spoke to two named individuals/negative on anything physical/verbal only/parties refused to leave location/advising they will stay in separate rooms/both parties appear to be intoxicated.

Unwanted subject
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Advised a named male is refusing to leave/possibly under the influence of marijuana/he is in the back of the house in the bedroom. Deputy advised with male juvie en route to address on Meadowhawk.

Suspicious vehicle
Country Club Road
Red Ford truck on side of road and white van in driveway/house is empty. Deputy made contact with truck/he is looking to purchase the property and was looking around.

Welfare check
James Street – Santa Clara
Sounded like a male yelling for help and for someone to call 911/her husband is outside and is refusing to go back inside/neighbors are talking to him and trying to get him to go inside.

Criminal damage to property
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she heard one gunshot and believes it went through the roof of her home. Deputy spoke with property owner who advised the incident took place just minutes before calling dispatch. A brass jacket projectile from a high-powered centerfire rifle was located lodged in a purse in the bedroom/it was collected by the deputy/projectile came in through roof and ceiling.

Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised some girls are threatening to go to her house and fight her granddaughter/caller knows their last name/they supposedly are on their way over/unknown what type of vehicle. Subjects are leaving/advising someone hit his mom and took a cell phone.

Harassment
Skyview Drive
Caller advised her boyfriend has been harassing her and won't stop/he has been showing up at her house stalking her/she also has questions about obtaining a DVO.

Saturday, Nov. 18

Welfare check
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller from Military Vets Crisis advised a male stated he had a gun with him/is struggling with the loss of a friend/is intoxicated/drank about 30 beers. Caller advised he could not get an address out of the male and male will not answer the phone. Deputy made contact with a resident who advised he has lived there a year and a half and did not know anyone by that name/clear/negative contact.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
W. Cedar Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised she walked outside to find the windshield of her 2019 Volvo busted. Deputy advised caller to set up frequent patrol for address.

Domestic disturbance
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy had negative contact with any two subjects walking on Kirkland and surrounding areas.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road
Caller has a horse business and has neighbors who are yelling and screaming threatening to "do something." Also, sending their dogs out when caller is out with his horses. Deputy en route to an Arenas Valley Road address to speak with other party/en route to location and made contact with caller who advised he has a horse ride business and has been having trouble . . .

Suspicious vehicle
N. Swan Street
Someone in a pickup driving up the driveway/unknown who it is/advised his daughters are home alone. Caller called back advising to cancel/his daughter invited friends over to their house.

Domestic disturbance
Alamo Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her husband grabbed her and took her phone away from her/he left walking on foot/he did that because she had recorded him saying he was going to take their son from her. Deputies had negative contact with male/all units clear.

Welfare check
Highways 180 and 211
Deputy advised he checked on this vehicle earlier and no one was around it/it was fine.

Sunday, Nov. 19

Domestic disturbance
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Advised she got in a fight with her ex and he destroyed the inside of her house/he left in a silver 4dr Ford/she is refusing medical attention advising she will drive herself. Deputy had negative contact with vehicle.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Oakwood Avenue
Subject is lying in a sleeping bag on the corner. Deputy dropped male off at Chuck's Folly in Cliff. Male advised his final destination will be the San Francisco Hot Springs.

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Road
Advised his mother and father left the trailer park and stated she left back to her residence in an aggressive manner/subject is not making any sense/just stated his mother was just leaving and he didn't want her there/advised she left in a green Dodge Dakota. Deputy advised clear from location en route to an Arizona Avenue address in Hurley/no one is home at the address/clear.

North Hurley @ Penjamo
Female in middle of the road walking up toward the highway. NMSP officer advised she seems fine/will remain in the area to make sure she stays out of the roadway/female just walked out in front of cars in front of the NMSP officer/will be back out with her.

Welfare check
North Hurley @ Geronimo
Female is lying in the roadway/caller moved her to the side of the roadway/she is not responsive but is breathing. Second caller advised female is nonresponsive and needs an ambulance. Could hear a male in the background saying he used Narcan on her. Bayard PD did not respond to two pages. Deputy advised Narcan has been administered/slow pulse.

Disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller from ATR Recovery advised he is at location to repo a vehicle, a grey Hyundai Elantra/a non-owner is trying to keep him from repo of vehicle. Deputy advised recovery has the vehicle now.

Harassment
Camino Serna Drive
The father of caller's children keeps calling and threatening caller/caller and her children are home. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Accident-property damage
Highway 152 – Manhattan Park
Caller advised her husband hit an elk/elk is deceased in the roadway/driver reports negative injuries. Santa Clara PD officer advised NMSP took the crash/clear.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller advised a named male is threatening to blow her house up in Silver/he pushed her out of the house and into the yard/he is making threats to her/he spit in her face. Deputy had contact with caller.
