E. Highway 180 – Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park
A named male is supposed to have a CTW from this location/he is here and the manager doesn't want him in the trailer park. Pend for night shift.

Highway 152 – Hanover
Female outside of his house who appears to be in distress/she is kneeling down hiding/appears to be hiding from someone/she is knocking on their door/did leave running/unknown where/only told caller she needed help. Deputies advised attempting to locate female in the area.

Caller received a phone call from his grandma who told him his grandfather is trying to go outside and fight with his uncle/unknown why. Caller received another phone call from his grandmother and could hear arguing in the background. Deputy made contact with both parties/verbal only.

Caller advised his green bike was taken last night.

Deputy advised en route to (redacted) with one juvi and one female.

A black truck passed on a double line.

Male lying down on the side of the road. Deputy advised negative contact with any person(s) in the area.

Criminal sexual contact
Alegre Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her 13-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted at a family reunion in July 2022/daughter advising she can remember feeling very uncomfortable when the suspect groped her. Suspect ID'd by caller.

Wednesday, Dec. 20

Disturbance
Mountain View Road
Caller advised a named female is on his property/she is demanding to get the car back she stole from his dad/she is refusing to leave. Deputy advised to call caller and have him return to location. Deputy clear from this location/en route to Silverback Towing to issue CTW.

Welfare check

Deputy advised resident is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised she can hear the neighbors yelling at each other/both are females/one is possibly her partner. Deputies advise one in unit en route to (redacted)/re-routing to GRMC.

Mental health complaint
Highways 152 and 356
Caller advised he was kidnapped out by the church/requesting LE to take him to the bar. Deputy made contact with male in the church/he was advised LE will not give him a ride to the bar/he will be staying for mass/church advised they will call . . .

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery)
Vehicle hit a dog/dog is still alive. Deputy had negative contact with a dog.

Wayne Street
A named male is hitting caller's car/he is speeding off in a Jeep toward town. Deputy had contact with vehicle in front of Black Moon Motorcycle.

Accident-property damage
Highway 152 – Acklin Hill Road
Red Mustang that spun off roadway with a female inside the vehicle.

Welfare check
Wrangler Way
Advised his wife has left the residence/she has been gone for two hours. Deputy advised clear/will ATL the area for the female.

N. Swan Street
Walk-in advised someone stole caller's mail from mailbox.

Fraud/embezzlement
Summit Road
Advised his girlfriend stole his wallet yesterday and it had all his cards inside the wallet/she took $400 out of his bank account and also took some of his Christmas presents from his house.

Criminal damage to property
Camino Azteca
Someone was in caller's back yard and smashed his back window/not sure if they are still there.

Accident-property damage
Highway 211 – MM 2
Caller advised a male swerved to miss an animal and hit the guardrail/negative on injuries/blue car in the roadway. Deputy requested tow truck at owner's request.

Breaking and entering
Hanover Creek Road -- Hanover
Advised daughter broke into this residence and stayed there/residence is vacant and belongs to caller and her husband/daughter is homeless/unknown if she is there.

Criminal trespass warning
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised someone is staying at the condemned house/there are four or five dogs in the back/one of the dogs is hanging from the steps. If contact is made advise the people to leave and take the dogs/welcheck the dog that is hanging. Deputy advised spoke to the owner of the property/did give him permission to be there/he is going to remove the vehicle.
