Caller from Bayard Housing Authority wants a named subject issued an indefinite CTW to all housing in Bayard and Santa Clara. Officer issued the indefinite CTWs.

Advised a female has been in the restroom for about 20 minutes/she is not responding/she has a backpack with her.

Officer out at (redacted)/vehicle has damage possibly from gunshots/looks like it was done prior/was contacted by their secretary advising someone set off fireworks behind the Lion's Club and a truck sped off from the area.

Caller advised her 81-year-old father isn't answering his phone/her sister lives there and has severe mental health issues and often takes his cell phone/hasn't heard from him since Thursday. Deputy made contact/he is okay/will call caller.

Advised a female paid with a counterfeit $100 bill/cashier knows her name/she is no longer in the store.

Domestic disturbance

Caller needs help. A named male took her keys and will not allow her and her children to leave/male is right next to her while she is on the phone/he just gave her back her keys/caller will meet LE at Viola Stone Park. Deputy will be at (redacted) for civil standby.
