Caller advised her daughter's boyfriend broke the TV and broke the wall/he is holding the baby and won't give the baby to her daughter/he started doing that because he needs to get high.

Caller from GRMC advised they cannot reach a pediatrician on call for the past four hours/they have a critical patient in the ER and it isn't like him to not answer his phone. Deputy advised made contact/everything is okay/he will contact GRMC.

Loud music
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised the music is loud "booming" and is rattling the windows. Deputy spoke with owners/they will turn the music off.

Suspicious vehicle
Swan Street – water tanks
BMW motorcycle is torn apart. Deputy had negative contact with motorcycle.

Arroyo Lane – Silver Acres
Caller's siblings broke into caller's mother's house and are staying there. Deputy called twice/no answer.

Whiskey Creek Zocalo – 6:34 p.m.
Male keeps going in and out saying he is homeless but is being hostile and aggressive/he is outside/wants him to leave. Deputy advised one male in unit en route to an address on Mimbres Yucca Drive in Upper Mimbres.

Received a message from her female friend advising she doesn't feel safe living with her father/she feels she is going to be kicked out.

Caller advising her brother was trying to kill himself/he had a hose going from his exhaust into the window of his car/he went inside.

North Hurley Road/Penjamo
Advised some bales were taken from his corral.

Caller not sure if his uncle needs LE or an ambulance/that's all caller's mom told him/uncle lives alone. Deputy requested ambulance for 87-year-old male short of breath and dizzy. EMS1 en route to GRMC/emergency traffic/intercept with EMS10/Native 32 unavailable.

Rocky Creek Road
Advised an asphalt paving machine was taken from the residence/advised owner noticed it was gone a few weeks ago and thought the owner took it.

Criminal trespass
Arenas Valley Road
Side by side vehicle is in his private drive. Out at an Arenas Valley Road address.

Sunday, Dec. 24

Unattended death
Bonney Trail
63-year-old male found passed away in his chair. Mother advised he was beyond help and would not be able to perform CPR as he is in a chair and larger than the mother. Deputy calling OMI/advised OMI is taking over.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca Drive – 8:48 a.m.
States that people are trying to kill him from the church/wants 24-hour police at his location/states he is bipolar/no one at the residence at this time. Deputy advised everything is okay/will frequent patrol.

Mimbres Cactus Drive – Upper Mimbres
Male is yelling and making threats/male stated he is going to get a gun and kill his brother/caller didn't see a weapon. Deputy advised heading out/emergency traffic/arrived at Rio Mimbres Baptist Church. A named 80-year-old male was issued an indefinite CTW to the church.

Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
76-year-old male/WCFD advised CPR in progress. Deputy advised to call OMI/OMI en route.

Battery
North Hurley Road
Caller is at Bayard Snappy Liquor advising when they were at the house a named male pushed her down and choked her, then he wanted her to take him to the store. Deputy advised caller doesn't want to speak to anyone anymore/no signs of physical abuse/is refusing medical.
