Two males asking employees for money in the parking lot by the ER. Officers made contact with males on Swan Street/they were advised to move along and to not return at this time.

36-year-old female not breathing/unconscious/CPR in progress. Officer advised to call OMI/OMI was contacted.

614 N. Bullard Street
Female has the hand dryer going for a long time in the bathroom/caller thinks something may be going on in there. Officer made contact with a named male who was just drying his hair.

Larceny
N. Silver Street
Caller's e-bike was stolen yesterday/black Aventon Level One small frame.

Fight
Visitor Center
Two males attacking another male/two of the males are holding something in their hand. Officers out with three named males.

Disturbance
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male is being verbally abusive to staff and is not wanting to comply with treatment/unknown medical issues/ER Room 7. Officers en route.

703 Silver Heights Blvd.
Intoxicated male inside restaurant bothering customers/sitting in front of the door/has not gotten aggressive/does not want a CTW issued. Officer out with Lorenzo Flores/CTW was re-issued/he is sitting out at the Drifter at this time. Caller called back advising Flores is back standing on the property.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

Advised he went out to smoke and saw a man slamming a door to the trailer. Officer had negative contact.

Stated his sister is intoxicated, got mad, and left walking/her wrists are bleeding. Officer advised ATLing on Swan and ATLing on Bennett/neither unit had contact.

1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Officer asked if there was a DVO order from either party/neither party has DVO.

Florence Street
A named male is at this location and caller wants him to move along.

N. F Street
Lock on a gun safe was broke/knives were also taken. Officer advised no weapons were taken.

Caller states her 21-year-old son stated he wants to hurt himself/didn't give a method. GCSO deputy advised en route to hospital with male for suicidal ideations.

Female wearing red and white pajamas and a brown beanie. Everything is okay.

1220 N. Hudson Street
A named male walked away with a bottle of liquor/caller wants a CTW issued. Officers had negative contact/advised attempt to locate Leo Padilla and issue him a CTW for this address.

Green Challenger that was keyed.

Med Square – Pope Street
Caller stated he needs to get into the building with his machines, however he cannot due to a homeless male sitting by the door. Officer advised the male left upon request.

3100 E. Highway 180
Caller advised she saw an elderly man in this area wearing nice clothes with a flashlight on his hat/concerned he may not know where he is/when she spoke to him something seemed off. Officer had negative contact with male.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

A named male is at the grocery doors stating he wants LE/stated he thinks he is going to freeze to death/on foot. Male stated he walked to the hotel by Wendy's and some drug dealers stole his driver's license. Officer advised going to be the same male from the welcheck at H&S/clear.

Highway 15 – MM 2
Vehicle vs deer/deer is still alive but on the shoulder.

Criminal trespass warning
703 Silver Heights Blvd.
A male who is not supposed to be there is inside the restaurant. Officer had contact with a named male and a named female outside.

Domestic disturbance
1016 N. Silver Street – Rec Center
Caller states his girlfriend hit him in the mouth/he doesn't want EMS or to go to the police station/he just wants to record it for future reference. Officer made contact with caller stating the officer would have to come and see him to see his injuries/Caller became uncooperative stating he had to go to work.

1007 Pope Street
Caller from HMS reported a threat made by a client to an employee. Officer made contact with caller who stated a named male left a voicemail on an assistant's answering machine stating he was going to kill her for ruining his dog's life by getting his dog neutered while he was in jail.

A named male is under the influence and refusing to leave/he is walking by CVS now and toward Don Juan's.

Shoplifting
123 W. 12th Street
Named male took two Jack Daniel bottles/he is walking toward the carwash. Officer advised the male was issued a CTA and released/back at the park with another male.

Walk-in advised a child keeps putting things on her front porch and knocking on her door/the child has no supervision/wants the child checked on/does not know the physical address of the family members.

Two males asleep back of the trash cans/been there for two hours/both seem to be intoxicated/both will not wake up to the point of leaving but they are breathing. Officer advised dropping off males at Seasonal Overnight Shelter.

Male lying on the sidewalk rolling around. Second caller advised the same/made contact with male who advised he was okay/then went into one of the rooms at the Drifter. Officer advised close call.

Caller advised a named male is yelling at her mother/he just got into a vehicle and is driving around the neighborhood yelling/light green Ford Explorer/caller and sister are hiding in the back of the house/caller is 15-years-old/sister is 9-years-old/mother is in the front of the home.

Caller advising he can hear a male screaming for help somewhere east of the church. GCSO deputies made contact with caller/out of unit south of church/back in units/going to ATL down Shasta/frequent patrolled Shasta, Arroyo Seco, Rainier and Peterson/negative contact.

Thursday, Dec. 28

Caller advised her child's father was there five minutes ago and he has a CTW/was knocking and yelling through the door/he left walking.

Caller advised her brother's girlfriend hit him and refused to let him take their 11-month-old son with him/believes the child's mom is not mentally stable to take care of the child. Officer out at the trailer.

Advised he sees subjects drinking a brown substance and dancing around/"advised it is bad for the city," and he wants them to stop and leave. Officer out with James Marquez/re-issued indefinite CTW/he is leaving.

Officer had contact with a named male/clear locally/subject will pick up his property at SCPD.

Male/altered mental status/naked on ground/advised father is threatening to stab himself/his caregiver is on scene.

Caller requesting GCSO reference subject who burglarized location is on the county side. Deputy advised city took report already.

Homeless male walking down 6th Street throwing rocks and yelling. Officer had negative contact.

Advised his windshield was broken last night/possibly by a named male.

Walk-in advised a package was taken from his residence/advised the apartments are for the elderly, handicapped, and disabled, but the manager has allowed a younger group of people to stay at an apartment near caller's/advised suspicious activity is going on at the apartments.

Female and male were arguing in a white car/female got out/told caller she didn't need help/it is quiet now. Officer had negative contact.

A named female is in the automotive section trying to return a printer/wants her charged with CTW violation/she was re-issued indefinite CTW January 2023. Officer re-issued indefinite CTW to Monica Reyes/she left the property.

Advised a named male is sitting on the property "drinking" and has a CTW. Officer re-issued indefinite CTWs to Lorenzo Flores and James Marquez/they left the property.

15th Street
Advised a briefcase was taken from her residence on Dec. 22. Officer on scene.

Panhandler
2 Ridge Road
Male asking people for money and other things/has a bike with him/appears to be intoxicated/if contact is made have him leave the area/negative on a CTW. Officer ID'd the male.

Disturbance
E. Alice Street
Two males outside arguing at this residence/when asked further, caller disconnected the line. Officer had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
N. Silver Street
A named female is trying to break into caller's house. Dispatch can hear crying in the background saying I love you. Caller advised she was trying to hang herself with cords/kids are there with caller. Officer had citizen contact Swan and 11th streets.

Criminal damage to property
403 E. 12th Street
Caller advised their drop box to the building was damaged.
