Unwanted subject
Diamond Street
Caller wants her child's father removed from the property/he put his hands on her and is trying to take their child and is intoxicated. Caller called back advising he is running toward Henry Street/does not have shoes on. Officer and deputy out at address.

Domestic disturbance
801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised herself and her boyfriend got into a fight and the male hit her in the chest.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

Welfare check
314 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller was told by someone that a fully undressed female was standing outside the store/she is no longer there/but all of her clothing is there. Officer attempting to locate female.

Battery
801 Central Avenue – BPD
Walk-in advised her 14-year-old son was jumped outside the post office/the other boy had a knife/she knocked the knife out of his hand when he went at her/he took off running/he did drop his cellphone. BPD clear/both patients refused transport.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

Larceny
Central Avenue
Concrete blankets were taken over the weekend from the construction zone in Central/they found them at this location. Officers advised everything was returned to the owners.

Thursday, Dec. 28

Welfare check
Central Avenue
Caller's 22-year-old daughter who is 9-months pregnant was just jumped. Officer had contact with female/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male is outside the store/he has a CTW/was inside trying to fight an employee/is outside arguing with her boyfriend. Officer advised to send GCSO to a Jaguar Street address to make contact with the male to issue a CTW for Bayard Snappy Liquor.

Harassment
101 Cortez Avenue
Advised her ex is following her mom/he is in a tan F150/the male was threatening her and calling her names/he left the area.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, Dec. 25

Domestic disturbance
Boulder Street
Caller advised two named subjects and his mother are harassing friend/it is physical/one subject and mother are now leaving in a red PT Cruiser. Dispatch can hear a scanner in the background.

Welfare check
Ft Bayard/city hall
Officer going to follow the vehicle to Aguila/she is driving to get her son into the vehicle.
