Female in the lobby needs to be removed/is not causing issues/is walking around the second floor/negative on a CTW. Officer advised female in unit requesting to go to Lulu/Harmony Allen has a CTW for Lulu/requesting GCSO/female is requesting a ride to Arenas Valley.

Unattended death
3650 Fowler Avenue – Sunset Vista
95-year-old female unresponsive/faint pulse/cold to the touch/cannot see her breathing/had been feeling sick through the day. EMS1 advised facility is advising to send OMI/it is an assisted living facility not a nursing home so they do not contact OMI/LE usually responds. EMS1 requests OMI.

300 W. Market Street
Caller's kids can hear yelling and screaming in the area. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Heavy-set female was grabbing random things and was stuffing things into a black bag/vehicle is a 1980s model pickup with a lot of items in the back.

Caller advised someone used his ID on a T-Mobile phone.

Two homeless males are on the bench in front of caller's business/they are smoking marijuana and refusing to leave/one on a bicycle and one with strange hair. Out with a named male.

Female lying down between Denny's and Copper Manor/she is under the influence/wants her removed/negative on CTW.

Larceny
N. Gold Street – 2:33 p.m.
Advised an ornament was thrown at her window/window is broken/also stole the
Ring camera from the door.

Unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon
1608 N. Bennett Street
Report, no narrative.

Dog bite
N. Gold Street – 2:58 p.m.
Advised the neighbor's dog bit wife/negative on any medical/dog is in the front yard of the neighbor's home.

Georgia Street – 4:47 p.m.
Caller advised she has not heard from her mother since 11 a.m. this morning. Officer advised open door on north side of the home/everything is okay/will call daughter.

17-year-old female caller wants to speak with an officer in reference to her not wanting to go home/advised the house is unliveable. Officer advised one juvi in protective custody/had contact with two females and one male.

Saturday, Jan. 6

Larceny
N. Gold Street
Caller advised someone just stole a go-cart from her porch/they pushed it off her property. Officer had contact with caller/negative contact in area.

Criminal trespass warning
Pinos Altos Road
Lot north of the Flame/a named male has been issued a CTW three times/now he has put a truck back on the lot. Caller wants the vehicle removed and male charged with CTW violation/caller will meet LE at location. Officer advised negative contact with any vehicles in the parking lot/went traffic at First NM Bank/ issued indefinite CTW to Aaron Gonzales.

Male walking in blue hospital attire in the middle of the roadway and struggling to walk. Officer out with male who advised he had a stroke/he is okay.

N. Cooper Street
A named female is at the "transitional housing"/she just opened the window/she is not allowed to be there/the other residents will not tell caller the female's last name because they are all friends/disconnected the line. Officers out with a named female and a male/Kristina Pflanz in custody.

Disturbance
W. College Avenue and B Street
Caller advised people are in the road arguing/would not provide ID or give an address. Officers had negative contact.

Shoplifting
2613 E. Highway 180
The hip pockets of a male are bulging from items stolen/the female the male was with is still in the store. Officer had contact with the male and female.

Harassment
505 N. Hudson Street – SW Adolescent Group
Caller from SWAG advised a male followed one of her patrons to the SWAG all the way from Bullard Street/male has dreadlocks/the two females are at the store.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller needs to report a shoplifting from last night/has the video burned for the officer. Officer investigating.

Welfare check
E. 14th and N. Bennett streets
Caller advised a male is lying down by the mailboxes/would like him checked on. Officer ID'd male/he is okay.

Caller advised a male is passed out in front of the store. Officer advised negative on issuing and re-issuing a CTW/clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Old Mill
Male/female. Eric De La O has warrant out of Luna County/non-extraditable. Officer advised not going to act on warrant/they are leaving upon request.

Loud music
Walnut Drive -- 4:01 a.m.
Caller advised someone is playing very loud music. Officer asked homeowner to shut the party down/will be doing so.

Reckless driver
2750 E. Highway 180
GCSO deputy and NMSP officer ATL thru to Bayard/negative contact.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180 --- 3:08 p.m.
Caller from Loss Prevention advised it occurred at 1:30 p.m. and subject has left already. Officer advised to pend for now until an officer becomes available.

2501 E. Highway 180
Silver Dodge in Row 13 heading west on 180 toward city/caller from security wants all males in the vehicle issued CTWs. Officer ATL/negative contact due to poor visibility.

Missing persons
610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller advised her son was transported from GCDC to SOS /advising he left with no shoes and she is concerned for him. Officers advised out with vehicle on Swan/7th being flagged down/have contact with a named male/clear.
