Advised two vehicles in roadway. NMSP dispatch advised that an officer requested ambulance for injured patient.

A named female just got out of jail/she is at caller's house/she is acting psychotic/caller needs her removed. Officer has contact with female/she will be packing up her belongings and being taken elsewhere.

E. 13th and N. Swan streets
Black pickup and white car in the roadway/front tire/broken tie rod/heavy passenger side damage/wrecker en route.

100 17th Street – Casa Linda Apartments

Caller advised a male is harassing customers at the bus stop/he has a knife with scabbard.

Male on the ground by the benches. Officer requested ambulance for a male who is highly intoxicated/he tried to walk and fell on his face.

Domestic disturbance
North Loop
Advised a male is being physical with a female/he walked back to his residence/female was in a newer white pickup/she is still in the vehicle in the driveway. Officers out at the location.

Male lying down under the bridge/caller asked him if he was okay and he answered yes. Second caller advised the same/male has a knife behind his back. Officer out with a named male who advised he was okay.

Caller from Tierra Nueva Counseling Center advised her female client is speaking of killing her mother who lives in Santa Fe. Officer advised negative contact/will be en route to another address/out at the 180 Club/units clear/negative contact.

Officer advised clear/they were advised to leave.

17th Street
Caller's son lives across the street and heard five gunshots. Officer out at a nearby address/everything is okay/negative on any weapons firing/units clear.

Criminal trespass warning
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller from GRMC Security advised a named male is refusing to leave the property/he was discharged by doctor/he has an active CTW when not seeking treatment. Officer has contact with male on west side of GRMC.

Fraud/embezzlement
W. 11th Street
Advised this is an Air BNB and the guests took items from inside the home. Officer investigating.

School threat
Harrison Schmitt School
Report, no narrative.

Driving while intoxicated
2005 E. Highway 180
Caller witnessed a male get in his black Ford F150 4d parked in front of Bevco and open a bottle of alcohol and drink it. Officer made contact with caller who advised the vehicle left west on Ranch Club Road/negative contact with vehicle.

Caller from El Refugio advised that a named female left El Refugio of her own free will and they need to make sure she is okay.

117 W. Market Street
Male was banging on the door/they asked him to leave and he refused and got very upset. Officer spoke with employees.

Sunday, Jan. 21

Domestic disturbance
1103 Superior
Wife took truck keys from company vehicle and is refusing to give them back/their child is sick and he was trying to help her with the child and she accused him of having a pillow over the baby's face/caller is in the parking lot by his white 2018 Ford F250/negative on anyone being under the influence.

Suspicious vehicle
1400 N. Hudson Street – 2:02 a.m.
Female asleep in drivers seat/three children in back seat asleep/vehicle is on. Officer advised she is waiting for her mother to bring her gas.

Criminal trespass warning
2606 N. Silver Street
A named male is hanging around the building throughout the night/sitting in front of the front door. Officer has contact with male in front of dispatch/Elmo Duran was issued a CTW.

Loud music
2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Neighbor won't turn his loud music down when asked. Officer made contact with tenants/they advised they were going to keep it down.

Pinos Altos Road
Report, no narrative.

Fight
1220 N. Hudson Street
Officer advised negative contact with either of two named males or any fight at Food Basket or Dairy Queen.

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street
Caller advised her son is on house arrest at this location/both have been drinking. Caller disconnected the line/attempted to call caller back/she didn't answer. Officer advised contact with parties.

Caller doesn't know if his kids are okay/mother is refusing to let him see them or speak to them.

Aggravated assault
201 E. 14th Street
Male in a black hoodie is carrying a rock and will be in the front of the building. Officer advised contact inside the building/one at taser point/Elmo Duran in investigative detention/another SCPD officer and an NMSP officer will assist.

Disturbance
2545 N. Silver Street – Hillside Apartments
A named female is causing issues for caller and her children/the female went back into her apartment. Officer made contact with the female and she advised her 5-year-old daughter came inside the apartment crying because the "other girls" were throwing things at her/the officer advised pink silly string was observed on . . .

Battery
1220 N. Hudson Street
A named male jumped and assaulted caller/caller does have injuries/does not need medical at this time/happened at Food Basket. Officer advised 44-year-old male dizzy with facial pain. R2 cancelled by EMS1.

Accident-property damage
Silver Heights Blvd. and E. 14th Street
Caller stated they got rear-ended/no medical attention.

Disturbance
Valle Drive
A named male is yelling at the female caller/also throwing and flipping things/caller trying to file for separation with him/a 15-year-old male is also in the home.

Criminal trespass warning
1060 E. Highway 180
Two females and a male are causing issues. Officer advised David Palomarez was issued an indefinite CTW for Comfort Inn/standing by for Josefina Rodriguez to get back and she will be issued a CTW as well.
