Advised she believes someone broke into her car/she got in and everything was a mess. Officer investigating.

Breaking and entering
910 Silver Heights Blvd. – 1:38 a.m.
Zone side window/side motion detector. Advised officer about the alarm. Officer there and will close up the business. Officer is inside/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
Silver City Post Office – 8:28 a.m.
Advised a male is refusing to leave/he was sleeping outside by the front door/he is being verbally aggressive/advised to issue the male a CTW/he is in a sleeping bag. Out with Thomas Egley/issued him a CTW and he left upon request.

Criminal trespass warning
Visitor Center – 9:03 a.m.
A named male is in the parking lot yelling at people and visitors passing by/he cannot open the Visitor Center with the male outside. Officer out with Thomas Egley/he was issued an indefinite CTW for the Visitor Center/male leaving property.

Unwanted subject
610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller advised a named male broke into one of the company vehicles and was sleeping inside/would like CTW issued/he gained entry through a broken window. Officer issued Ernest Lopez Sr. and Kristina Pflanz indefinite CTWs to this address.

Fraud/embezzlement
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised Tuesday she left her purse in the cart and someone attempted to use her credit card approximately 15 minutes after she left/advising she cancelled her cards but had two antique rings in the purse/caller lives in Deming.

914 W. 13th Street
Male walked into the church asking for help then he ran away/several watches and bracelets on his right wrist. Officer checked surrounding area with negative contact.

Caller from NMSP Dispatch advised subject was dropped off from Lordsburg and stated he was having suicidal ideations. Officer investigating.

Caller advised a male is lying on the sidewalk/he advised he was okay but caller didn't think he looked well. Officer out at 15th Street with a named male/male is clear and okay.

Male in the store is refusing to leave/he is being very rude to the staff/he is wearing all black/would like CTW issued. Dispatch can hear male arguing with subjects in the background. Out with Gilbert Madrid/one in custody/en route to station.

Caller's parked vehicle was just hit/other vehicle still on scene/no injuries.

Disturbance
3082 32nd Street Bypass
Advised a named subject is kicking the back of the car and being disputive/will be in a white CYFD car parked on the side. GCSO deputy advised one female in unit/spoke with both parties and advised them to stay away from each other.

3078 32nd Street Bypass
15-year-old female took off from this location about five minutes ago. Officer advised in the back of the building on the east side/the teen came back.

Vehicle ran a red light and hit caller/caller is in a Honda Pilot/other vehicle is a red Toyota van/vehicles in roadway/caller does not want medical attention/airbags did deploy. Officer requested wrecker/front end damage.

Male seems to be passed out. Officer out with male in front of Roxy's/contact with Thomas Egley/he is okay.

Shoplifting

Male took items off the shelf and tried to return them/he was denied and walked out with the items/white newer model Nissan headed toward Bayard.

Harassment
306 N. Bullard Street
Advised his identity has been compromised over social media including his driver's license number and other info/a named female posted it. Officer had contact with a named male.

Vehicle burglary
700 N. Bullard Street
Advised his 1994 black Chevy Suburban was broken into/unknown when.

Officer advised walk-in at SCPD.

Harassment
Mountain View Road
Caller advised her male neighbor came outside and threatened her while she was on her property. Officers had contact with a family member/standing by while caller gets furniture.

Male in a grey hoodie ran out of the store with a bottle of Jose Cuervo toward the back of the store/he was getting into a green Dodge Ram/three occupants inside the vehicle.

Two named females stole two bottles of MD about 15 minutes ago. Officer had contact with subject/issued CTWs to Cassandra Avena, John Castor, Jocelyn Arciero, and Anthony Alcorta.

Subject in a silver, older model, Chevy pickup in the alleyway getting stuff out of their dumpster/wants them issued a CTW. Officer was advised.

Suspicious vehicle parked in the front/headlights are running? but lights are off/caller is an employee working at the front desk/just wants frequent patrol of the area.

Caller advised she just got home and noticed her cream-colored Electra bicycle is gone.

2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Caller advised the party has been going on for a couple of hours/believes subjects are underage and drinking. Officer investigating.

Caller advised calling on behalf of her son who told caller his girlfriend is drunk and trying to leave walking with the 2-month-old baby/she has not left yet.

A named male hit his head on something and tried to stab himself again/he is in the ditch/caller was given this info by her daughter/daughter is out in the back of the house/caller wants a CTW issued/unknown where her daughter went to/caller wants contact.

A named male is at the residence/he knows about the DVO. Male called advising he will meet an officer at Fox Field. Officer back out at location.

Caller advised her mother just hit her on her head with her fist/she says her head hurts and she doesn't feel good/caller is 16-years-old. Officer requested ambulance for 16-year-old female light-headed, dizzy, and nauseous/non-emergency.

Advised the two females who shoplifted yesterday are in the store/wants an officer to respond to issue them CTWs. Caller called back advising to cancel call/the two females left and caller is trying to get video of the vehicle.

Harassment
Penny Park – 5:37 p.m.
Advised several juvies were in a gold Nissan Altima driving very erratically/children were in the area who almost got run over. Caller advised he tried to confront the subjects and they threatened to kill him and didn't care about . . .
